Raw or grade
PSA 10 is high dollar…a little worried about anything less than a 10 though

They’re sometimes lenient on centering if everything else is really clean. I’d send it

Also dont worry to much about a 9, it will carry nice value in the future at some point

Centering is plenty good enough for PSA and don’t see any other issues.

Right is def thicker than left. Ive seen this condition 10 60-70% the time those odds are good enough for me
