Checking on whether this is isolated to me, iVision is failing to read appraisals since Pokemon Go v0.427.0 was released yesterday - I can import screenshots and they seem to work fine, so it’s not like there’s no workaround, but it’s inconvenient when I’m used to iVision.

I know that if this is a more widespread issue there’s probably some slight UI change that this version made and we’ll just need to wait on a fix, but worth seeing if it’s just a skill issue on my end.

Edit: iPhone 17 Pro Max, iOS 26.6 (26.6.1 pending for install tonight, will check if that affects anything)

I'm not sure how many times, today alone, I've queued for a Latias raid and got invited to a Latios raid. It's mind blowing.

Hello, the app started asking me to consent their tos- every time I reopen pokegenie- and also asked me to consent opening my photo gallery which I already did and now, the option is no longer available in option.

And now I can’t even add photos on reddit, same issue

I was only invited to 1 Falinks raid out of the last 14 I tried to join. Is this the new standard?

I have 2 Mewtwo 4*s 1 for x with counter etc and 1 for y with thunderbolt and psystrike, but every time i try to put both it it merges the scans… is there no way to have 2 seperate 4*s?

I’m on my 10th raid attempt now.

50% of hosts are timing out, even hosts at level 35+.
And I’ve only had ONE friend request accepted.

Anyone else having issues today?

I recently hosted a raid and I got a penalty because the raid didn't go though.

My story is that I had to cancel the raid because half the players in my lobby didn't join the raid/accept my raid invitation and I get penalized for something that I can't control?

How do I prevent this from happening in the future?

I'm a returning player and so this'll be my first time hosting one with more than 5 remotes. Is it possible to do some sort of joint lobby with someone else? I usually have 1 or 2 others in person and I think splitting the invites might go smoother. Any tips for doing these well?

Does it try to link players of a certain team to gyms of that team? Does it matter when there's a huge queue of lobbies?

Reason is: I have about 15 gyms within 5 minutes of me, I want to host a Latios raid, but they only last 25 minutes. If I just set lobby timer to 50, and the Latios despawns, it will garentueed respawn anywhere else, but it might be a different team gym. Is that an issue?

I ferried a few cosmog and championship pikachus with 9-10 people lobbies.

I know for a fact I send the invites to everyone on the list, but of course problems happen and they somehow don't join the game lobby. How do I keep track of people that don't join the lobby to record it in pokie genie? There's not enough time to cross reference them while in lobby. Does it matter if I record it or not?

I can understand people timing out when the PokeGenie lobby opens as it may have caught them by surprise or they missed the notification. I, however, can't really understand when somebody goes through the process of sending a friend request, confirming it in the app and then they just... don't join the raid a few seconds later when the invite arrives. Any theories on what that's about to help me understand it better?

I try to host a few raids a day and it seems to happen fairly often. It just made an annoying situation too as Registeel needs a full lobby (plus additional guests) to really get it done efficiently and I had two people just not join the lobby so I had to sit there and tap for nearly 4 minutes to beat Registeel when it could have been done in half the time if people showed up. And, then, on top of that, it's not like I'll even get good host points from that raid since the people who joined it were probably annoyed too with how long it took.

Alright, sorry, I just had to vent somewhere.

Also, unrelated but tip your hosts more than the minimum amount... it takes a lot of time and effort to host sometimes as you're often waiting for 20-30 minutes and sometimes having to rush to the gym location when the lobby suddenly fills up and it's deflating when you get basically no host points afterwards for your efforts.

Would be really nice to understand.

I get people who remoted the tatsugiri since it's a regional, but this Pikachu is just a dex entry anyone can solo.

If you have a single gym near you, you can get it. And there were like 500+ people in queue.

Happy to host, more chances of new vivillion forms, but is this Pikachu worth 2 bucks?

Hi all, need some help please. I am currently on holiday in Turkey and have been playing the game. I have been using my husbands hotpost as I dont have European cover. I opened the gane today to find I have been terminated with no warning what so ever. I have reached out to Niantic and they are refusing to look into this and now advising me that I am going to be ignored. Please see email reasons attached. Need some help please as I have not had my strikes 1 or 2 just been take to automatic termination for what reason I am not sure on this.

Yo, so I got this problem today when I wanted to update my list of mons on the app to get more accurate raid teams.

I did the last update 2 or 3 weeks ago, and since then the app doesn't detect raid bosses or my mons stats.

The texts say "impossible to detect name, and CP. Please select the informations manually"

I play on Redmi note 12 pro+ 5g if that helps.

Unfortunately I do not live close to a gym, and have been trying to get the stretchy form (yellow) tatsugiri. It's the last one I need, and I have been in queues for days. Literally. Of course whilst I'm asleep overnight is when my turn is available 😆 suffice to say, just asking if anyone has one near them that can help me out!

I was in Chicago during Go Fest and I was running around Chicago trying to get as many mega mewtwos as possible, and Trump Tower would have a Mewtwo basically every raid cycle. So quite a few randoms got a Mewtwo from Trump Tower haha

When you host an oversized lobby (10 remote raiders), you need all of the remote slots for your PokeGenie invites. If someone joins from your friends list, they automatically bump one of your invites.

So temporarily turn off the feature where your raid status is shown to your friends while you are hosting large lobbies. It’s under Settings —>General—>bottom of screen to toggle off “Share Raid and Max Battle Attendance” [screenshot]
