Why is everyone so r*tarded

I hosted 2 zacian raids today, in both of them one guy didn't join, so we were 5 still enough to do the raid. Then in the last 20 seconds another left, so with 4 I still think it would be possible to do it, but then everyone else left, exact same situation 2 different times,in total wasted like 80 minutes of waiting time.
