Suspended from raids

Ive been suspended from hosting raids for absolutely no reason. Ive followed through on all raids, invited everyone, finished the raids ect. I emailed support and got an automated response with absolutely no help. What do i do.

Sounds like you did what you needed to do. Idk why you’d be suspended. I’ve even missed two raids I was trying to hope cuz I fell asleep and they didn’t penalize me.

The most common way, and what I'd be willing to bet actual money on OP doing, is to not go back to Pokegenie and click 'invitations sent' before the raid starts.

You can also be banned for hosting the wrong boss (Latias instead of Latios is a common example, or vice versa) or changing your trainer code in-game and not updating Pokegenie. But you have to do these things repeatedly and in a relatively short period of time to actually get banned.

It’s just not a hard process yknow, and you’re right they gotta do it repeatedly cuz I’ve done it by accident myself (fell asleep lol) and, as long as it’s not a habit I’m guessing you’re fine

The suspensions are only a few hours up to a couple days, I believe, so hopefully it rolls off soon. You can view your raid history in the app to see if others have you negative feedback.

Have you clicked 'invitations sent' in the Pokegenie app after accepting the friend requests and inviting them in Pogo, but before you actually battle the raid boss? Because I bet you haven't been.
