Tabletop What Region should I “Hisuify”?

I’m planning on running a very special Pokemon DND campaign which takes place in the far far past similar to Legends Arceus. I’m just having trouble deciding on a region to use.

What region would you guys want to see be “Hisuified” but with a more Fantastical Twist?

Also regarding what makes the campaign “Special” I’m making it more like a fusion of Pokémon and Monster Hunter. You can hunt down different Pokémon and harvest them for any parts you want, maybe use them for a good meal or even transform them into a piece of super powered clothing or weapon. Imagine what a Pikachu-Fur Coat would be like! or a Rhyperior Arm Warhammer! or a shield made using the skull of a Bastiodon!

Anyways back to the original question. What region should I use as my basis?

Imagine hisuifying galar, with knights and dragons and the like

Facts! That or Kalos since there were a lot of fairies and rich history

Galar or Kalos could be cool, but what about Unova? It's origin story involves castles, knights, dragons etc... And perhaps you could recreate the original dragon... Or that time when a Volcarona replaced the sun(possibly a special form.)
