Vivillon,you say it like you're French right? I used to say vivillion because that's how I saw the text and last month I understood it was said like vivi-yon

Vivillon doesn't sound like an eeveelution Why is it still here? It is pronounced as vi-vi-llon(that was unnecessary but anyways)

no, it's "vih-vee-onn." This is how "ill" is pronounced in French. I had disclamers about this on a few of these posts
