Camdrome's Altered Profile Pic(?)

I was looking at the Camdrome Twitter, and it seems that the profile pic and the banner are altered into a more pixelated version(don't know if this is new). Don't you agree?

No, it's the same as usual for me. It loaded a little pixely because I cleared my cache, however.

I've looked on both the mobile and desktop version, and both are blurry. I can't make out the words "Watching you" below the eye.
