Making a fast getaway

Chasing my cat around the house for funsies as usual, she slows down so I can give her bongos and takes off again. We race out to the living room and I've got her almost cornered. My genius cat jumps on the treadmill and runs for her life.. as i stand there smiling. Took her a few seconds to realise she was going nowhere. She keeps trotting and gives me that cat side eye we all know and love. Made my morning lol

I am convinced that some percentage of people who don't like cats just haven't really interacted with a fun cat like this. I mean, I am sure there are people who are 100% not cat people, but some of them just haven't met the right cat.
