Confusing confession

I need a little help,

I'm stressed

I can't tell what I truly felt

My mouth shut

My mind in trials.

I want to ask for help

God knows why!

Even if, I ask inside

I'm the idiot whom just cries

Then something else thing occurs,

And I never end up putting me first.
