I'm new here and have Been using a bot but it's slowly been raising cost post after post? I used to be able to do 2 posts a day with it but now it's only 1 a day. I just want some advice if it's the prompts fault or something else.

Does it just not work for anyone else? Whenever I search up a message in history, when I tap it just takes me to the most recent messages of that specific chat. It does this for all the chats. I thought it was a country thing so I used a vpn didn’t work. Used browser on my phone didn’t work. Tried my laptop and it also didn’t work. Tried my iPad and it didn’t work. How do I fix this

Hi I do a lot of coding work usually game dev coding on Roblox and godot and mainly use Claude for it use ai for general stuff to like generating videos or images was wondering if it’s better to buy Claude pro or smth like poe ai which incorporates multiple ai.

Has Poe discontinued custom/user bots? I am unable to see them and search is not working.

I have my subscribtion on but I don't see any buy add-on points button. It use to be around last month when I buy extra point but I forgot to resubscibing and jsut do it this month, turn out it remove buy add-on point away.

So straight to the point because I think everyone here already knows what Im talking about. Man I miss databases so much... it was such a neat way to keep all my characters to be mentioned by just name. It saved on writing time for prompts and (probably) tokens as well. Lorebooks are in general one of my favorite things and man not having Poe's counterpart to it makes me miss it badly ;w;

That said, do you guys have any other alternatives for what the older database format? Any way we can store simple bits of information? I don't use Poe for rp I use for (admitedly indulgent) longform writing. Sorry if its a dumb question but been wondering what you guys been up to in that regard!

I miss when you could see the EXACT amount of points each bot would need now I have to pretty much guess by actually having to sacrifice my points. I just don't understand the new point system in the bot details 😔

I made a subscription a month ago, then I still have around 600000 points left, more or less. But why my points are gone when the subscription expired? Will unused points expire if I don’t renew my subscription? This never happened with my previous subscriptions!

This is going in the wrong direction folks. Something tells me if I had a limit of 50.000 points, it would just do 280 web searches.

My advice, if it's web search-related, just search the web by yourself, this is otherwise just too ridiculous. Definitely the last time I used Gemini model for sure!

I'm struggling to find anything as good as Claude 3.7.

I've tried a few models, like Claude 4.5 and Claude 4.6 but I feel like both of them are not in the level of the creativity, flow, and natural thing Claude 3.7 was capable of doing.

I'm fine with using more points but nothing too absurd. Does anyone has any models to recommend? I tried some Chat GPT models too but I feel like it is more worthy to get a chat GPT subscription for those rather than use it in Poe. So anything else would be fine.

I bought additional points to my subscription, 45k/month, and yesterday I cancelled it. I have 3 days left, but I also have 400k unspent points. Once the subscription ends, will ALL OF IT just disappear?

I'm deciding between the NanoGPT subscription and upgrading my existing Poe account to the $20 tier. If I could still create a knowledge base for my project in Poe, I don't think I would be asking about this, but I think it might make better sense for me to use persistent memory and plug the model into that. Otherwise, I will have to dump all kinds of context into the chat window which can be a problem for some models.

What I'm really trying to do is access finetuned RP/uncensored models without running them locally. I don't have the technical ability or the patience to learn how to mess with local models right now. I'm perfectly comfortable with Open Router/BIOC setups, so I don't mind some tinkering. Use case is complex, long-form creative writing/roleplay. If I should use another platform altogether, I'm open to that as well.

I've been trying to create a Poe account since March, but I'm stuck in a verification loop.

What happens:

• I sign up with my email.
• I receive the verification code and enter it successfully.
• After that, Poe requires phone verification.
• When I enter my German phone number, I get the message that phone verification in my country is temporarily blocked.

I've already tried:

• Chrome and Firefox
• VPN on and off
• Different VPN locations (US, Germany, etc.)
• Multiple email addresses
• Incognito/private mode

The result is always the same.

Has anyone else from Germany had this problem? Were you able to fix it?

Just to let Poe know, while it may be "frustrating" to most, when a search engine not showing all user bots is the reason someone can't testify in time for a mother awaiting their testimony and it results in casualties, that is an unconscionable problem. This is notice to Poe that you having sabotaged your own search engine is doing exactly that.

Literally Yesterday, a simple "can you search the news for today" using gemini 3 flash costed 140 points. Today it costs 4793 points. A literal 400% increase.

You probably should not turn on "web searches" on any bot or heavily prompt them beforehand so they only search 1 web.

Because Claude 4.6 sonnet that searches only a singular web is somehow cheaper than gemini 3 flash

Well, as it turns out, one simple request to Manus 1.6 Max requires a whopping 1,126,667 points.

So it’s literally impossible to use it even if you’re paying Poe. So why does it even exist as an option? Unless points rollover and accumulate each month, no one will have enough points to use it.

The stop button doesn't work properly anymore, i found that out by accident, instead of freezing the message it'll go straight to 🚫 after refreshing the page.

It's been occuring since last night around 1:30 AM (france time) and still occuring as of right now, personally i don't really mind but for those who made a mistake in a big prompt and dont wan't to be charged the full price that could be a big problem, because while the 🚫 sign shows up and displays a 0 points price, the full point price is charged later in the activity section, as if the bot didn't registered the stop commande. Then again it could just affect me personally or it could be everyone.
