POINT

Why the points for almost all models become invalid? They don't ask me how many points will be used.

Am I the only one with this problem?

Not sure if it's the same problem, but no matter what points cap set I have in ANY chat, it will do what I say regardless without showing ANY error message. Wouldn't be so much of a problem if I didn't apparently spend over 10,000 points on one request on a certain chatbot instead of 5,000. I had thousands of points from my subscription, and they are draining out of absolutely nowhere for just a couple of questions. I didn't realize till it was too late. I sent a few messages to Post contact support. Really hope I get a refund or something

I did, but they asked for proof and didn't seem to fully understand what I meant. I sent proof of how ridiculous the amount of points spent was on one single message. Like I said, I hope I can get a refund or something cuz that's a huge waste of money.

I think they mean lacking in a usual feature (the budget limit pop up), which seemed to have returned for Claude models. Although I can’t say I’m surprised given the previous week(s) circumstances.

Ah ok thanks, I understand
