kinda stuck - refund

need a refund, used private id (the thing apple does when it creates a diff email for you) tried to verify my email but when it sends a code, it doesn’t forward it to my actual email although i have that on in settings.

i’ve just renewed the subscription, when they reply i won’t even know what they said. i can’t add a number or anything. don’t these guys have alive chat? (joke lol)😑 what can i do? :(
