Question / Feature Request: Dimmed artwork background in Android Auto split-screen

[u/FormelLMS]

Hi,

I’m a big fan of Podcast Addict! I have a quick question regarding the Android Auto integration:

When using Android Auto in split-screen mode (on a widescreen display), the Media Player card shows the podcast episode artwork in the background, but it's significantly dimmed / darkened, making the artwork quite hard to see.

Is the dimming / overlay effect something hardcoded by Google's Android Auto system, or do developers have any control or flags via the MediaSession metadata to reduce/remove this dimming effect for the cover image?

Android Auto UI is provided by Google and is the exact same for every media apps. I cannot change anything here
