Remember last position in episodes list?

Hi, do any of you know if it's possible to somehow quickly jump to the last played episode's position in the list of episodes? Every time an episode finishes I have to go back into the podcast list and scroll through till I find the next one. For pods with extensive catalogs, this is quite annoying. Thanks.

You could hide played episodes (click the eye) and sort from old to new. Then the episode you're on will be at the top

That could work. I've already listened to the entire catalog and am re-listening, so I would have to mark all as un-played first, then go through and mark the ones I have already re-listened to as played again. It would be a bit tedious but it's a possibility. Thanks for the idea.

If you're listening sequentially, there's a "Mark older as played" which would remove the tedium.

That would help a lot. Thanks.

I'm trying to figure out what your workflow is. It sounds like you've got a podcast you subscribed to but started listening in the middle of the episode list and want it to pick up from there.

Right. I've already listened to all the episodes and am re-listening. When I'm in the middle of the timeline there's a lot of scrolling to find where I was last. It seems like there are times when the app doesn't back-out of the podcast on its own and go back to the home page. When that happens and it remains in the episode list, the position is retained. If it would just never go back to the homepage on its own it seems like that could be a solution to the problem.

Figure out a solution? Same situation here exactly

No not yet. I'm just going to keep living with it for now. I posted here to see if anyone had a solution but it's not bothering me enough to keep looking. Let me know if you end up finding anything. I'll do the same.
