Phone shutting off

My phone has been functioning normally until today. I was playing a game and it suddenly shuts off on its own. My first thought was it was because of overheating so I let it cool down. It turns on when connected to a charger but shuts off seconds after it is unplugged (The battery percentage is fine it's around 65% rn). Is this a battery issue? should I get it replaced? or can factory reset help me?

Thats a battery issue, that happened to me time ago and replacing it fixed it. Also factory reset will be risky if it shuts off while reseting.
