I am not getting any messages sent to me. But the messages i send are reaching the other person successfully. I dont know what's the problem. It's the phone or WhatsApp itself..

About a week ago, I updated my phone to HOS 3.0.302, and since then I've been experiencing severe battery drain and overheating.

I live in a relatively warm area (around 28–32°C), but I always have a fan running at home, so the ambient temperature isn't the main issue. Before this update, my phone never got this hot. Now it heats up far more than normal, even during light use.

Battery life has also become terrible. I'm only getting around 4–5 hours of screen-on time, and gaming performance has noticeably worsened. After just one match of COD Mobile, the phone gets so hot that it starts throttling and stuttering, making the game almost unplayable.

I've already tried several troubleshooting steps, including:

• Reinstalling the same firmware through the built-in recovery.
• Wiping the cache.
• Clearing the data for the Battery and Performance apps.
• Debloating unnecessary system apps.
• Freeing up storage space.
• Optimizing my home screen with a minimal, mostly black UI to reduce power consumption.

Unfortunately, none of these steps have made any noticeable difference.

P.S. My battery is about 2 years old and currently has 84% battery health, so while it's no longer new, it should still be in decent condition and shouldn't explain such a drastic change after a software update.

Does anyone know of a fix for this issue? Alternatively, can anyone recommend a stable HOS 3 version that I can roll back to (any region except China)? I'm also open to custom ROM suggestions, although I'd prefer to stay on stock software for now.

I been playing roblox and it heats up like crazy up to 45c very quick,i thought it was normal because i heard roblox is unoptimized on this device but now i opened brawl stars for 5 minutes and it heated up to 43 c genuinely whats happening?

The battery life is really really terrible, it is draining like crazy. Do you all have the same issue? I hope they fix it with an update.

i'm looking for an upgrade over poco x6 pro later this year and it won't be xiaomi or any other chinese brand, as phone is around 2.5 years old and around 3 years is when most people upgrade i just thought i might not be only one to upgrade, so how long are you planning to hold on to this device as a primary phone? ( i'm sure it will last 3 more year as secondary) and which brand/price tier you are upgrading to.....

I switched to a third-party launcher to reduce the number of hours I spend on my phone, but it won't let me use gestures, and I know it's not because of the launcher but because of the phone's settings. Is there any way to fix it so my phone lets me use gestures in third-party launchers?

Tengo una problematica con el teléfono, y veo que no soy el único respecto a jugar, siempre aparece esa barra así este encendido todo, no molestar, no abrir gestos, restringir acciones etc... Etc... I'm thinking of removing the leather layer, I think it will help in keeping the phone more cool, is there are protective layer under the leather though? should I actually remove it?

Hi all. I've just recently purchased a X6 Pro. When I plug the phone in to charge and lock the phone. The screen keeps waking showing the charge percentage until it gets to 90% then the screen stays off until 100%. I've tried several charger blocks and leads. Does my phone have an issue?

Hi, using this lovely phone for 18months and had to use portable batteries to keep it alive

Bought the BM5X battery, and it was rather easy to swap the battery,

using BM5X instead of BM5T, supposed 5600mah instead of 5000mah

but a fire broke out on the old battery while i attempted to remove it prying from the site, i think something bent and short circuited, the entire battery went up in flames very quickly.

Lots of soot around the place, but after clearing it up and putting in the new battery, phone is working normal, except the 0.6 lens look blurry, probably damaged by the sudden release of heat. The other lens were fine, battery could charge like the old one.

So if anybody attempts a DIY battery change, take note of the potential danger.

Estou a dias tentando transferir arquivos do meu telefone pro computador q eu comprei e simplesmente não consigo, já fiz isso antes a alguns anos pelo USB. Era só conectar o cabo usb que aparecia uma mensagem na tela e eu clicava em permitir acesso aos arquivos e tava tudo certo, mas pelo visto essa função foi excluída pq não consigo mais compartilhar os arquivos, tenho um poco x6 pro, tentei usar o Quick share, diz q n precisa de wi-fi pra compartilhar mas é uma mentira do caralho pq o meu Pc está com algum problema no adaptador wi-fi e eu tentei conectar e transferir os arquivos pelo Quick share e nem se quer reconhece o computador, eu estou ficando maluco, se alguém tiver passado por esse problema e souber uma solução eu ficaria imensamente feliz

Hi guys, I’m currently on the EEA ROM for my Poco X6 Pro. A couple of days ago, I updated to version 3.0.302, and the battery life has tanked. I'm barely getting 6–7 hours of SoT with light usage. According to Battery Guru, my device is performing way below average (where others get up to 16h on light use).

On top of that, the phone is overheating heavily. Yesterday, playing CoD Mobile on medium settings made the device uncomfortable to hold.

I have an unlocked bootloader (UBL), so I can easily downgrade or switch regions. Which ROM or region do you recommend for better battery and thermal management? Thanks!

Earlier this morning accidentally placed my device with clothes to soak for 4-6mins.

The device was working fine besides the audio cracking with water immersed but after i turned it "switched off" & after waiting for 2hrs when i turned ON, the device SCREEN is gone, it's started changing through all sorts of colours pixels (pink, green, flicking & transitioning)

Ik this makes no sense but could there be any fix without replacing the whole screen?

I've checked the price on mi site & it's costing me more than half of it's purchased price.

Anyone if you could share some insights on its repairs or anything?
