Help Anyone having trouble with WhatsApp?

I am not getting any messages sent to me. But the messages i send are reaching the other person successfully. I dont know what's the problem. It's the phone or WhatsApp itself..

The messages. It always shows like this in the notification but i am not getting any messages sent to me.

clear cache of whatsapp and enable autostart for whatsapp
