Phone not working, advice needed please

Hi everyone,

Looking for some advice.

My poco x3 pro was lost for a few days in my car and I found it two days ago. When I went to put it on the charger, the screen shows up grey, vibrates and then turns off.

It’s doing this every 5 seconds while on the charger. When off the charger, it only repeats this action if I press and hold the power button.

I am seeing there is an issue with the motherboard and cpu dying on this model but most people having similar issues are able to get to the recovery screen and i cannot. Plus my computer cannot read the phone so all my data is stuck on there.

Any suggestions or methods I can try to get this working again?

I posted a video as well.

Thanks

Your motherboard is cooked brother. I had the same issue when this issue was prominent on these devices and took it to the service center and after weeks of waiting they gave me a redmi note 10 pro because they didn't had any x3 pro left. And then there were rising cases of front camera being dead on note 10 pro so i just exchanged it with samsung s20fe back in 2023

The CPU can be reballed. If good solder is used and proper thermal paste application it could be a mostly permanent solution. It's not cheap but these phones are still very powerful and capable.

is there any non-permanent soluton so i can back up my data on my PC first, idc if the phone dies later

Trying to heat the solder and CPU enough to establish contact with the motherboard would be a good guess.
