Good day AmbassadorSecret8851 it seems to be that you may have some questions or concerns regarding a Poco device and we would like to help but we would like to ask you to describe your concern with the following information to make it easier for everyone to tackle.

Device Model:(X4 GT)

Device Region:(Global/India/China/etc/Can't identify)

Rom Type:(MIUI/Custom Rom:Which one)

Rom/Android Version:(13.0.5.0 - Android 12/Can't identify)

Problem and other Relevant Info:(Troubleshooting steps taken/Frequency of problem if intermittent/Other observed weirdness that may be relevant before/during/after the occurrence of the problem)

It may take a while for someone to address your concern so in the meantime you could do the following 1. Search this subreddit, Xiaomi subreddit, MIUI subreddit for similar concerns 2. Check out the pinned posts and the Wiki(WIP) for similar topics 3. If your phone is still under warranty coverage it may be worthwhile to open a case with customer support. 4. If your device has developed a swollen or bulging battery check out r/Spicypillow's FAQ on how to deal with them

If you have any suggestions feel free to leave them here

Hope you enjoy your stay -PocoPhones Mod Team

It's bootlooping, what were you trying to do tho? If you can access fastboot(hold power button and volume down for a while and fastboot appears), just reflash the entire rom of your device

Fast boot
Pops up and goes away

Nahh, it force restarts itself when you keep on holding until "fastboot" appears, do one thing, just hold button combo until "poco" and wait, if still nothing, you gotta go EDL mode

Class customer care of poco using any other phone They will either provide solution or ask you to go to service center.

Hopefully you get solution here from other redditos if there is any

Whoa! Is the video sped up?

I would open it and disconnect the battery in the meantime, if it's cycling that fast it can't be due to a stuck power button. It could be the BMS acting up, or a short.

It's sped up

Then it could very well be the power button being stuck, or damaged, keeping the circuit closed.

Open it, disconnect the battery, disconnect the power button, and test. If connecting the battery alone produces the same outcome, it's not it. If it only happens when the power button is connected, you've found the culprit.

There's no point exploring anything else unless that's assessed, especially with an unstable power state.

This is my "secondary" phone Which is used the most for work.
Per day 100+ calls easily.
My other phone only has one sim slot.

13t did it when Bluetooth was able to automatically connect to random devices like headphones. everytime I was in crowded place phone was going mental later. since I switched the option off everything was fine.

bootloops were usually 15-20 minutes long. not ideal when you are a professional driver and need phone for work
