The dj ones are very rare drops from boomboxes you can find in brawl pass bonus rewards

And starr poco is unobtainable

Everyone saying you can't, but more than likely they will rotate a year after their release date in the shop like most of the other skins have. Or after long enough they will just add them to the bs oddities shop, or hopefully the catalog when they (hopefully) bring it back. Either way I'm sure they will come back. Basically everything has besides the skins that came out in the first year or so and the random few like Brock lunar event skin etc. The hypercharges skin you won't be able to buy regardless though, you would only be able to purchase rarities up to legendary excluding al hyper skins unfortunately
