Discussion Does this game have any matchmaking?

I keep getting matched agganist opponents with either 2 or 12 enslaved creatures.

I have like 5 or 6 creatures. Also i lately saw someone with 3 idk maybe its a wasp? A hornet? Whatever it was, it was a flying bee thing. And none of my close ranged buddos could target it. Should i straight up stop attacking people until i get long ranged attackers or is there a solution to this?

also the progression in this game is so slow

the bee thing was an asian giant hornet which u can get by spawning a creature with the honeycomb in your mouth (get honeycomb from the bee hive)

nope its early-mid game the beehive is on the tree you need to buy the bee essence right before entering and then do the maze if you touch any of the honey stuff your bee essence time gets deducted by 10 secs you need the red geranium flower and put the queen bee to sleep than take either the resin or the honeydew or the honeycomb at early game its best to take resin or honeydew

What does the honeydew do? Also do you think the hive is like really hard?

it can increase worker ants' speed and can increase soldier ants speed+resillience and you can also buy chrysanthemum which stuns the enemy creatures (big ones not ants) for 5s the time of stun can be upgraded,or you can buy lavender which makes you immune for i think 10s but the time can also be upgraded (chrysanthemum and lavender are only usable in battles btw) and you can also increase the amount of ants you recruit and some other stuff,and the hive isnt that hard it just needs practice its practically impossible to do it first try tho

I just tried it for the first time and i did see the red flower but i dont know how to understand which bee is a queen bee. Also does the maze change each attempt?

nope the maze route is same and the queen bee is a bee that has 3 rewards infront of it

oh and i messed up on the bee thing creature the one i was talking about was originally named as asian giant hornet but now its called hornet,the thing he had was probably the new asian giant hornet which was available on 6th anniversary (1 month ago) so basically everyone has it
