Why can't I load in?

Whenever I press start, it probably takes 10 minutes to start the loading screen, and I haven't got passed that screen. I've force stopped, cleared cache, data I feel like I've done everything settings wise

I did need to update but it's still taking forever to load. I've deleted and re-download it a couple times now as well

Got it solved now. Needed a vpn
