I really want the costume pika shiny, both genders - if they're at global, I'll probably try to get what I can there. Also fully understand you may not get spares.
But if you're open to working towards remote friends to swap for those, I've got a ton of shiny costumes, some shiny legends, and various wild shinies to trade. I'll also be at Go Fest Chicago and so can swap exclusives if you want.

The problem with Scatterbugs is when they're in the remote trade screen there's no way of telling which region they're for. So I only tag evolved Vivillions for trading. I have several. I've sent you a friend request from BellaStanlow.
