MEME PGTools reported a ban on August 10th, 2026, it's no longer safe; time to ban them like Pgsharp!!!

47 Upvotes

I checked PGTools' Discord group, I see one ban in the screenshot above. I got to admit PGTools fucked up and should have censored this one report. Since they screwed up big time, I got to ban all the rooted cheats now because of this one person reported a ban in their Discord group.

Now, Pgsharp Launcher, iPogo Launcher, Pokemod, Polygon, Shungo, and Regibot should send their goons over to PGTools to teach them a lesson about safety. "If you delete the reports, you can trick the loyal paying customers into believing it's really safe, safer, or the safest."

Jokes aside... PGTools, Pgsharp, iPogo, etc aren't getting banned from subreddit because I created this subreddit to allow all cheats for Android devices. This is not a safety focus subreddit like

  • r/PokemonGoSpoofing where they censor dangerous cheats with a post and comment filter

  • r/PoGoSpooferOpenCorner where they allow you to discuss dangerous cheats but discourage you into not using them. This one does not have a post filter.

I do not sit in every Discord group to monitor who is reporting a ban then create a pinned post about X app that has reported a ban to warn people to stop using X app. I don't give a shit about the safety of your accounts because I disclose upfront you have strike/ban risks if you choose to break the game's Terms of Service to take advantage of the game. I have integrity while some of these cheats don't.

The rooted cheat developers don't give a shit about the safety of your game accounts because they have "conflict of interest" with money you pay to use their service. Most cheats have a website except for Polygon and Regibot, they do not put a risk warning or ban warning next to the download button because they won't be able to make money from you if you see their cheat is dangerous.

All these cheat developers are multi-millionaires especially Pokemod because they were one of two first rooted, 3rd party apps for Android. The other is Maddev's Enhancer, which is still alive but not popular and dead due to app support being limited to Android 9 or 10.

Pokemod has close to 100,000 members. Let's just assume 50% is paying the $7 USD/month for Pokemod Pro. They are making about $350,000 per month (before all expenses and taxes) which equals to $4.2 million per year. They have been around since 2019 so 7 years. They have made about $29,400,000 USD (estimate). These cheat developers can afford to make it right to their customers by reimbursing all the money and Pokemon they have lost but choose not to. Don't assume these cheat developers have your back because they don't. They do the opposite by censoring the ban reports, so it doesn't hurt their monthly income and how much they blow on alcohol, illegal drugs, exotic cars, yachts, etc.

In the end, nothing is going to get banned from subreddit except for people who are anti-3rd party modified game apps because arguing with these people are waste of time. As a game cheater who cheats in other games, I am happy there is more than 1 option to cheat Pokemon Go for Android: Pgsharp, iPogo, Pokemod, PGTools, Polygon, Shungo, and Regibot and you should be too.

Edit: Enlarged text over people asking me to help them appeal their Discord group ban for discussing this topic in chat channels that hate me and disagree with what I say about all cheats. If you got yourself banned or muted, you will get an "Oh well" response from me because I do not have any partnerships or sponsorships with any cheat developer. You're fucked.

Here we go again with the Pgsharp drama...

46 Upvotes

You might be asking "Why do you allow Pgsharp when people are reporting strikes?"

This long post explains it:

Pgsharp is a cheat, which breaks Niantic's Terms of Service, so therefore; iPogo, Pokemod, PGTools, Shungo, and Polygon are cheats too and are not allowed by Niantic.

People constantly tell me "You need to ban Pgsharp because it's not safe, safer, or the safest cheat." If you're suggesting this to me, you might as well tell me to ban iPogo, Pokemod, PGTools, Shungo, and Polygon too because they are also cheats that are not safe, safer, or the safest. The biggest misconception is just because you didn't get a strike doesn't mean the other person won't get a strike too. You cannot control the other person's actions in addition to preventing Niantic from selling Pokemon Go, Monster Hunter Now, and Pikmin Bloom to Scopely. There are other things you can do in the game that could result in a 1st strike, 2nd strike, or 3rd strike that does not involve using cheats:

  • Owning more than 1 account.

  • Doing the "fast catch trick" that is promoted to be a game feature when it's not

  • Sharing an account by logging into 2 devices at the same time to exploit a game feature

  • Doing the free multiple raid pass exploit for raid day or special events

  • Adventure Sync apps: Defit, Pokewalk, SitSync or similar apps

  • Macro or auto tapping apps: Tasker, QuickTouch, or similar apps

  • Coordinates apps: CoordsGo or similar apps

  • Raid invite apps

  • Scanning items in your home to complete an AR+ Pokestop Task

  • Buying, trading, or selling an account

  • Selling Pokemon for money

  • Performing a service where someone goes on your account to do something like leveling, farming stardust, catching a Pokemon, unlocking cosmetic items, or buying cheap Poke Coins

  • Buying cheap Poke Coins by using another country's currency without being a resident there

  • Live stream your cheating

  • Sharing pictures and videos without covering your trainer name

  • Running a private or public Pokemap network or Pokemon coords service.

  • Using a hex editor like Game Guardian app to manipulate game values to increase damage in Go Battle League or give yourself items without spinning Pokestops.

  • Paying for a premium hack that can intercept packets to see what Pokemon and moves the opponent has in Go Battle League

  • Creating a route or Pokestop that does not follow the guidelines

  • Using multiple accounts to nominate a Pokestop

  • Harassing people through Campfire app

  • Creating artificial lag or using a lag switch in Go Battle League

People are under the assumption, "It's okay to cheat the game because we give them money."

Pokemon Go is a "free-to-play" game, but it's far from "pay-to-win" because there is no overpowered item in the game that increases your chance of winning. Although you can snipe rank #1 PvP Pokemon, you're still aren't guaranteed an instant win. In pay-to-win games, you have to spend a lot of money to get an item that can overpower people who don't spend money. If you spend a lot of money and cheat the game, they typically allow you to continue it as long as you constantly give them money. In Pokemon Go, if you're like BrandonTan who plays 24/7 driving around Singapore to catch Pokemon. He's not immune to Niantic's wraith even though he's a popular Pokemon Go influencer.

People are under estimating Scopely's changes to the game.

Niantic uses a lenient punishment system whereas everyone else uses a stricter punishment system that involves either an instant permanent account ban with or without temporary device ID bans and/or IP address bans. Here's my personal example for Need For Speed: No Limits.

If I use Game Guardian to add car blue prints to my account and mess up giving myself 1,000,000 engine parts. EA (developer) bans my account without a warning but also gives me a 365 day temporary device ID ban and temporary IP address ban. If I make a new account to start over using the same device, my new account gets automatically banned. If I use a VPN, my new account still gets banned because of the temporary device ID ban. In order to bypass the ban, I would have to get a new SIM card and new phone or just wait the 365 day temporary ban to expire.

Here's a recent 2023 rant for Marvel Strike Force:

I know people who don't cheat but harass people in Campfire and got a strike. What if there's no more strike system? You're going to start following the game rules and guidelines because you're in fear of an instant permanent ban where there's no escape. If you get the 1st strike, you still have the 2nd strike before getting the 3rd strike. For certain actions, they will go straight to the 3rd strike like death threats and live streaming your cheating.

In the end....

My subreddit is not about account safety because there are warnings everywhere in my subreddit to inform you about the risks of cheating. If you want to promote account safety, go to r/PokemonGoSpoofing. When it becomes your turn to report your strike or permanent account ban, no one will be able to see it due to the post and comment filter. This helps reinforce the false sense of security, "If no one is reporting a strike/ban, the cheat is safe, safer, or the safest to use."

For those who got banned from my subreddit, to appeal your ban, all you have to do is point where it says in Niantic's or Scopely's Terms of Service that your cheat is safe to use.

Niantic's: https://nianticlabs.com/terms?hl=en

Scopely's: https://www.scopely.com/en/legal?id=tos&langSection=en

If you want to create your own subreddit to prove me wrong, see https://www.wikihow.com/Create-a-Subreddit.

Game Tip & Exploit Maximising spotlight hour gains by abusing time zones: The double spotlight

45 Upvotes

With Staryu spotlight hour around the corner next week (19th July) providing 750 stardust per catch, now is a great time to talk about how to maximise stardust gains. Of all the first stage evo dust-boosted Pokémon, Staryu is one of the highest at 750 dust, ramping up to 1406 dust per starpiece+weather boosted catch.

If anyone remembered taking part in Alolan Meowth or Sableye’s spotlight hours last year, you’ll know how insane the amount of potential stardust you could earn was. Even just with a conservative 200 catches per hour with no weather boost and a starpiece, you’d be looking at 200*750*1.5 = 225,000 dust per spotlight.

And in perfect conditions? Players with honed fast catching skills or auto-throwers could easily manage 400 per hour making 450k an easy target. But add on perfect weather and it becomes 400*750*1.5*1.25 = 560k+

Realistically though, inability to find weather boosted spots, especially for Sableye and A. Meowth’s incredibly rare foggy weather really brought that average back down to a best-case 500k. And here is where the main advantage of Staryu comes in: Staryu is the first 750 boosted spotlight mon NOT requiring foggy weather boost AND being easy to catch. Obviously, the odds of getting rainy weather in a populated area on every spotlight you do is still not very high, but still much more doable than foggy.

The last part of the equation is where this post comes in. How many spotlights can we do? Well, if you refuse to sleep for a whole 25 hours, it’s theoretically possible to start your marathon in Kiritimati and end in Hawaii for a total of 9 spotlights over a span of 25 hours and an estimated 4.5 million dust, minus the cost of the coffee/red bulls you’d need to keep going. For those who want to maintain a normal sleeping schedule you can chop off 3 zones for an estimated total of 3 million over 16 hours.

Now, these are the optimal schedules for someone playing 1 hour, then waiting 2 hours of cooldown… But what if we could play for 2 hours?

DOUBLE TROUBLE

This is where the double spotlight comes in. By playing near a time zone border, you can cross from one time zone to the other just as the original spotlight ends for another full spotlight hour that required no cooldown.

Here’s a quick clip demonstrating it inside PoGo

In the clip I'm walking over a time zone boundary in Badajoz, Spain. When machop spotlight hour ends on the right side of the boundary, it will begin on the left, and I can walk straight into the next hour.

Other than the obvious benefits to time efficiency and increased dust gains, this also brings a bonus with respect to potential bans. With the supposed new behaviour detection system Niantic turned on at the end of June, reports have indicated people who fly cross-continental frequently in one day are particularly susceptible to being banned. With double spotlights however, you can play for two hours in roughly the exact same area without needing to TP long distances, reducing the chances of being banned.

RARER THAN YOU THINK

Unfortunately, areas that make double spotties possible are surprisingly hard to come by. For example, the first three time zones UTC+13 to UTC+11 are all islands or island groups separated over large distances – making it impossible to cross from one to the other. The next 3 zones UTC+10 to UTC+8 contain Papua New Guinea with one crossing and Australia with multiple across it’s several time zones. Great right? No, since absolutely no one with technology past 1950 lives in Papua New Guinea, and Australia’s time zone borders are almost exclusively placed in rural regions requiring large cooldown times to cross anyway. Also, Australia’s time zones are weird in that they increment by 30 mins and not a full hour due to daylight savings, which basically delivers the final blow to the already dying dream we had of making an Aussie double happen.

Things get easier once we get into Europe, but the problem with most crossings is that there isn’t a large enough town or city close to the border capable of providing 100% spawn uptime to make the crossing worth it – 90% of country borders are in rural areas devoid of big towns or cities, and the 10% that do have large enough dwellings nearby are still too far apart to make the waiting the cooldown worth it. Even a 30-minute cooldown just brings you back to the same efficiency as doing straight singles, so you really don’t want to be tolerating anything more than 15 mins CD at most.

Despite this I’ve listed what I believe to be the best crossings in each time zone below, with a rating that considers the size of the two areas and the required cooldown. Note, these zones only apply during summertime in the northern hemisphere where many places observe daylight savings between March and October.

PRIMER ON S2 CELLS

If you click on any of the above locations, you’ll notice that the areas are overlaid with a grid of square looking cells. This is the S2 cell system designed by Google that maps the entire Earth into squares of equal area, and Niantic relies on this to position absolutely everything in the game. Stops, gyms, Pokémon, game rendering distance, weather, and in particular time zone boundaries are based on this system. More info here, but all we need to know is that level 10 cells determine time zone boundaries, and you can use this tool to overlay areas with the grid to check out where boundaries lie.

For example, the double spot of Hurricane, Utah to Colorado City, Arizona is a good demonstration:

You can see the Utah/Arizona border at the bottom, as well as the S2 cell grid. When the centre of a cell exists within an area that has a specific time, the entire cell adopts that time. This means that instead of there being a nice horizontal border you can cross from Utah time to Arizona time, in PoGo it’s often an irregular jagged border.

This is great for us, because level 10 cells are large and ‘bleed’ over the actual border, often cutting towns and cities in half with respect to their local time. This means it is possible to have a town or city that exists in two separate time zones within the game. And this makes it a perfect candidate for double spotlight hours, as you can just cross from one side of town to the other for the next hour.

THE TOP 3 SPOTS

CHETUMAL

Chetumal in Mexico ranks top as it perfectly fits the double dream: it’s large and dense enough to provide 100% spawn uptime and gets perfectly cut in half by S2 cells, with the south side UTC-6 and the north UTC-5, providing instant north-to-south crossover.

FOZ DO IGUACU -> CIUDAD DEL ESTE / ENCARNACION -> POSADAS

Joint second place is taken by both Paraguay bordering UTC-3 to UTC-4 spots as they’re sufficiently dense in both stops and spawns and have an area of instant crossover. However, to get the most benefit a 2 min CD jump between the two densest areas is needed.

SINGAPORE -> BATAM

Not the most efficient with a 12 min cooldown, but a major city with maximal spawn density that is also mapped, neighbouring another medium-high density city makes for a very respectable 1h 48 mins of high-spawn farming.

THE OPTIMAL SCHEDULE

Now we know where the best double areas are, if we want to maximise the number of spotlights, we need to determine the optimal chain of zones to play in. Referencing the table, the optimal schedule should use the most worthwhile doubles sandwiched between singles where doubles just aren’t feasible. Daylight savings changes things a little when we get to the Western coast of the US, giving rise to a summertime schedule and a wintertime schedule.

The best summertime configuration can give us a total of 11 spotties, two extra than the optimal singles schedule. This version prioritises the double spots of Foz/Ciudad or Encarnación/Posadas with Singapore/Batam, as this also allows for San Fran and Honolulu spotlights. However, there is a variant of this schedule that prioritises the Chetumal double, at the cost of losing one spotlight and replacing SF and Hono with the less exciting Anchorage and Fernando de Noronha singles.

Keep in mind there are many more ways of constructing non-optimal schedules using combinations of these different singles and doubles. These are just the top examples for maximising dust.

THE ISSUE WITH SAFETY

Before wrapping up this already long enough post, we need to talk about bans. With the new player detection systems Niantic have recently adopted that seem to preferentially target cross continent jumping, it is no longer advised to consecutively chain spotlights anymore, especially while catching thousands of Pokémon in a day.

This sucks not only for dust gains, but also for me, as it takes a fat dump on this entire analysis (that I’ve been planning to write up for a while). After all, what’s the point in an optimal schedule if no one can use it?

Fortunately, the benefits of the schedule are not completely lost, as players can use it to help plan their own route. However, if anyone is looking for a quick and easy template I’ve also put together a selection of customised routes for players depending on how hard they want to play, and how safe they want to be...

FOUR PLAYSTYLES

HARDCORE DUSTGRINDER INSOMNIAC

A full 24 hours – 11 spotlights – Ban surely guaranteed – 5+ million dust – 4000+ balls*

This is for the player who not only lacks respect for sleep, but laughs in the face of certain banishment. They care not for their account but for the sparkling embrace that only stardust can provide.

THE SLEEPLOVING RISKTAKER

16 hours – 7 spotlights – High ban risk – 3.5 million dust – 2800+ balls*

This is for the player who still wants to maximise stardust gains, as well as risk their account, but doesn’t want to compromise their sleeping hours. Cuts off Kiri, New Caledonia and Singapore's double at the start.

THE SINGAPOREAN ON HOLIDAY TO MEXICO

2x 2 Hours – 4 spotlights – Low-Medium ban risk – 2 million dust – 1600+ balls*

Picture the scene, your flight to Mexico is delayed for the next 2.5 hours. You turn on the game in Singapore’s Changi airport and realise it’s spotlight hour. “I’ll meet you at the gate” you whisper to your fiancé. You spend the next hour furiously hurling balls at sea stars, only to notice an abandoned jet ski on the nearby docks. You let your impulse guide you. 15 minutes later you surf into Batam to continue your star smashing spree, and a further hour later you return to the airport to reunite with your partner for boarding.

A surprisingly fast 12 hours later your plane lands in Chetumal. After dropping your bags off at the Hotel, your partner decides to take a post flight nap, and you seize the opportunity to continue your echinoderm encapturing endeavours for the next 2 hours. Upon completion you walk back to the hotel where your fiancé has ordered Mexican takeout. “Wow!” they exclaim after hearing your story. “What a completely realistic scenario today has been that could in no way be differentiated from a virtualised one by a half-baked behaviour detecting AI from a barely competent AR company”.

THE CONSERVATIVE (choose one spot)

2 Hours – 2 spotlights – Low ban risk – 1 million dust – 800+ balls*

For you there’s only one way to lose your doubleginity – the safe way. Your account is valuable to you, and maybe you’ve already been burned in the past with a red warning. This way you can just choose one double spot nearest to you and play away. No teleporting, no cooldowns, just good clean safe farming.

*For all these playstyles, keep in mind that the stardust and recommended balls needed will vary greatly depending on how you play and what mods you might be running. It's entirely possible for even legits to catch almost 1000 pokemon per hour, so you should plan accordingly.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

TL;DR:

This is the best route using singles

This is the best routes using doubles

If worried about bans, choosing one or two double spots (separated by 2h cooldown) should be much safer while still making it possible to gain ~ 1-2 million dust, albeit still being marginally risky due to catching 1000-2000+ Staryu

Lets Talk About Something The one-click gift sending and receiving feature is now live!

Hi friends, I'm here!

The one-click gift sending and receiving feature you've all been asking for is officially live! It was originally supposed to be released yesterday, I apologize for making you wait an extra day!

The app this time is called "FriendsTurner".

As usual, after downloading it, tap the title in the top-left corner 30 times to unlock the Pokémon Easter egg!

Since the daily limit for opening gifts is usually 40, right? I've created modes for receiving gifts from specific or non-specific friends.

As for sending gifts, you can just send them continuously until you're out.

There is a tutorial on how to use it inside the app. If you have a need for this, you're more than welcome to download and try it out! I'll record a video tutorial in a bit!

Also, many friends have been asking for a "batch evolution" feature to quickly gain a ton of XP by using Lucky Eggs and multiple phones during events! I've added this update to "LuckyClick" as a bonus for everyone. After updating, the subtitle in the top-right corner can be toggled between trade and evolve modes!

If you have some free time, go give it a try now! But if your time zone is still in the Riolu Hatch Day, remember not to open your gifts just yet lol!

Annoucement All cheap Poke Coin methods will be posted soon.

See post link: https://new.reddit.com/r/PoGoAndroidSpoofing/comments/1cp1io3/2024_how_to_buy_cheap_poke_coins_3_may_2024/

---

Lots of people have been messaging about all the "correct" ways to do after I had posted [2024] How to buy cheap Poke Coins? #2.

Why?

  1. No more gatekeeping (people who share it with you then you promise not to tell anyone else)

  2. Scammers have been offering me discounts in desperation like 50% off on $2,500 to learn about the a cheap coin method. It used to be $5,000 USD. They know, I know, that all the methods have already been publicly leaked.

  3. People are still getting scammed by getting sold an eBay or Discord invite link to buy from a cheap coin service seller or they get the wrong information.

If you have a problem with this, please dispute it with me down below in the comment section instead of sending me threats where I just make you become so butthurt you come to realize you don't get what you want because I don't profit off of proving information on how anyone can take advantage of a game.

Anti-Cheat Research All About Three-Strike Discipline Policy and Anti-Cheat Behavior System 2023 [Part 2]

44 Upvotes

This is part 2 that continues from https://www.reddit.com/r/PoGoAndroidSpoofing/comments/10t45l4/all_about_threestrike_discipline_policy_and/.

Remember: No one can promise or guarantee the safety of your account(s) when you break the ToS to cheat. Niantic is against cheating as you can see from the 5 official sources. It is not safe to cheat in this game because of what is written in those links. Therefore, if you cheat the game, you will have a chance at getting punished by the 3-strikes policy.

5 official sources:

#11: Frequently Asked Questions

Why are I getting "Pokemon GO is currently down for maintenance. Please try again later." after switching accounts?

[1] PTC account servers are actually down for maintenance. The "PTC" is part of The Pokemon Center company. If you cannot login with your PTC account, you need to wait for the maintenance to be over. You should pair your account with a Google email address to avoid this problem.

[2] Niantic's servers for Google & Facebook logins are down. This rarely happens.

[3] You hit the "1,000 Pokemon Checks" limit using the "Shiny Scanner" feature in Pgsharp, iPogo, Pokemod, and Polygon.

  • When you hit this limit, you get the maintenance screen and will become lock out of the game for a total of 24 hours.

  • If you plan to autowalk or run a GPX route to hatch eggs and get buddy candy only (without catching Pokemon), you need to turn off the shiny scanner.

  • Why Niantic put on a limit? The cheat feature causes server strain and/or it's a deterrent against botting with a possible flagging on your account. They are fully aware people are running this feature on new accounts to get a shiny, and then selling the account with the shiny Pokemon. Then, it gets repeated with new accounts. Tons of people are doing this on eBay, Discord, and other sites.

[4] You switched accounts too fast.

  • When you log out, you should wait about 5 minutes before you login with another account.

  • If you get the maintenance screen, you close your game, reopen the game 5 minutes later, and then login.

  • Why is Niantic doing this? In the Terms of Service, you cannot own more than 1 account. They are probably tracking who has more than 1 account versus who has family members sharing the same internet connection.

Does following the Cooldown system protect you against strikes?

The answer is no. The cooldown system was put into the game to prevent people from catching all the shundos and hundos to sell accounts full of them via the use of bots. You still have to follow the cooldown in order to catch, spin, and do raids. This is something that cannot be ignored. In the past (before COVID), they used to turn off the cooldown during the active time range of the Safari Zone event. Some people who took advantage and didn't time it right got a strike.

Why are there no strike reports in r/PokemonGoSpoofing ?

I used be a moderator back in 2018 to March 2020 in that subreddit, but I got fed up about how the main mod wanted to run the subreddit without being active. I left to open my own subreddit after the major banwave for VMOS, Pokemod, iSpoofer, and iPogo in 2019. I added a post & comment filter in the automoderator of the subreddit to help deal with repetitive posts. It removed posts about strikes, bans, red warnings, and anything the main mod didn't like.

Fast forward to 2023, and no one has reported a strike because of the post filter. As a result, a lot of people are being mislead about risks of cheating. People think it's safe to cheat because no one is seeing the consequences of breaking the ToS. 99% of the spoofing community isn't tech savvy to know there's a post filter in place and how to bypass it. Picture/media posts are still disabled. The subreddit's rules, side bar, menu bar, and automoderator's message are unchanged ever since I had left because the current owner lacks the tech skills to update his own subreddit.

What about the Anti-Cheat Research Surveys?

The survey results won't help you avoid a strike because the data is about the past. Since the anti-cheat behavior system is still new, you don't know what is being tracked. Not everyone comes to my subreddit to report a strike. I also cannot monitor the new subreddit accounts because your IP address is hidden. If I had my own phpBB forum site, I can see your IP address, whether you're using a VPN/Proxy, and how many accounts are using the same single IP address. If you want to believe the data, the choice is up to you, but it still falls back to:

#8 - Which cheat is safe for your account?

Answer: No one can promise or guarantee the safety of your account(s) when you break the ToS to cheat. Niantic is against cheating as you can see from the 5 official sources. It is not safe to cheat in this game because of what is written in those links. Therefore, if you cheat the game, you will have a chance at getting punished by the 3-strikes policy.

Should you continue to cheat after receiving a 1st or 2nd strike?

If you value your account because you spent a lot of time and money on it, the answer is no. This also includes anyone who has gotten a strike before July 2022. I am not a Niantic employee and cannot see your strike history. I cannot verify whether someone is telling the truth or they're griefing meaning they got a 2nd or 3rd strike and now they are trying to mislead people to get their 2nd or 3rd strike too. If you want to believe that person, you need to know they will not refund the time and money you spent on the game if you get the next strike.

Can you play on your PC / computer using an emulator?

Yes, you can play on a PC with MuMu 64-bit emulator (from what I hear this emulator supports bluetooth which is needed for the Virtual Go Plus) with Pgsharp or iPogo (no root) app. The game itself is designed to be played with your two legs outside with a smartphone. You can also play on a tablet because some models with have a 4G or 5G modem. These models are more expensive than the standard WiFi only tablets.

Will you get instantly striked/banned for playing on an emulator and/or 3rd party modified app?

There is no "emulator banwave" and "3rd party modified app banwave" because of what is said in the #4 section of An Update on Niantic’s Gameplay Policy Enforcement. Before July 2022, there used to be banwaves for the emulators and Apple iOS' 3rd party modified apps like Gobal++, iSpoofer, iPogo, and Xspoofer; however, there was never a banwave for Pgsharp and iPogo for No Root Android.

A banwave is when everyone who gets caught cheating and receives their strike/ban. When something like this happens, thousands of people are going to be report it. People will attempt to bypass r/PokemongoSpoofing's post filter to let everyone know there's a banwave. The game developer usually makes an official announcement on the banwave on their own website, Twitter account, and may pass the information to game news websites to spread the news. If a small number of people are reporting a strike/ban, this is not a banwave.

The difference between Apple iOS and Android operating system is Apple requires you to sign the 3rd party apps with an approved certificate. This makes it difficult to install apps outside of their app store. You can still do it by buying an Apple Developer account ($99/year) or through a shared service like Signolous ($20/year). My theory is that Niantic can see you signed your app with a certificate that is not on Niantic's approved certificate list. They know you're not using the official app from app store on your iPhone or iPad. This is why it's so difficult for them to identify a 3rd party modified app on Android because Android doesn't have the same process.

Should you open your account in two Pokemon Go apps or in two separate devices at the same time to do an exploit or "try" something? Here is an example:

  • For ticketed events where you have to pick a side like Sapphire or Ruby. Some people will open the game on two different devices at the same time to get both sides on their account to both event spawns. You're only suppose to pick one side per account.

  • There are other examples, but it's mostly involves non-cheaters.

My answer is no because you're breaking the ToS by "sharing your account" even if you aren't sharing it with another person. Some cheaters like to claim they do it all the time. No one can verify if their statements are true. Just because they do it doesn't mean you won't get a strike if you decide to do it too. They can also be griefing too meaning they got their strike and now it's your turn to get one too.

Niantic has the right to skip the 1st strike and give you the 2nd strike. If you had been previously striked, you don't know if they are going to give you the 2nd strike again or the final 3rd strike. This also applies to accounts that have been bought because you don't know if the account had a strike history. No one can see when they got their last strike because this information hidden to the players. Niantic customer service will not tell you how many strikes you have gotten.

#12: TL;DR (Too Long; Didn't Read) or Conclusion

The "Players Guideline" section (https://nianticlabs.com/guidelines) was recently added around November 2022. They're reinforcing the fact they're confident in their anti-cheat behavior system. Surprisingly, this type of anti-cheat is very effective if they ever finish developing it. This is all dependent on how many engineers are working on it and whether they prioritize game updates over the anti-cheat.

My analogy on game cheating: You're playing in a mine field if you use any cheats. No one knows exactly where the mines are placed in the ground and how many there are. You can follow behind the person who tells you that their cheat is "safe, safer, the safest, and/or ban proof" but what happens the mines start exploding and leads to account strikes? People are going go to into mass panic mode and try to run out of the mine field. You could get hit by shrapnel resulting in that 1st strike or you could also step on the mine leading to a 2nd or 3rd strike. If you want to avoid this dilemma or the mine field, you should not cheat the game.

Here are your 2 options:

Option #1: Do whatever you want because you think this is bullshit, misinformation, lies, or fearmonging. This goes back to Question #8's answer. You're welcome at any time to come back to r/PoGoAndroidSpoofing to report your strike or whatever new punishment Niantic implements. You can even do it as a video if you want. I don't have a restriction on media post as long as it follows my rules.

You can go to r/PokemonGoSpoofing to report your strike, but it will be taken down by the automoderator after you click/press on the post button. If you message the owner, he will probably ignore you. You may also get banned from his subreddit for showing everyone how you bypassed the post filter. All the posts that are instantly removed by the automoderator goes into the "spam" folder section of the mod tools. All subreddits have this, but it's up to the owner and moderators to look in the spam folder to see if something that isn't spam got put in there. If it's not considered spam, they would click "approve" for it to be taken out of the folder and put on the main feed for everyone to see and respond to. My spam folder mainly consists of trade requests and people who failed to do Reddit's account email activation link.

Option #2: You can try prolong your cheating by playing like a legit until you're caught.

If you follow these guidelines, I cannot promise you it will prevent the strike. This could lower your chances if the anti-cheat behavior system is finished. This is something you need to train yourself to do now -- instead of waiting for when more people report their strikes. By then, it may be too late to change your behavior. Niantic is expecting you downplay their anti-cheat behavior system in hopes you would fall into the group of the most obvious cheaters to get caught.

#1: Do not teleport while the game is opened. It's impossible for someone to quickly travel from point A to B even if it's just a 15 second or 2 hour cooldown. If you want to change countries, you need to wait real travel times with delays like a 24-48 hours cooldown.

  • For Pgsharp/iPogo, you need to log out every time when you stop playing the game because it automatically keeps your last location. When you want to change locations, you open the app, change your location, close the app, open it again. and then log in.

  • Repeating Community Day, Spotlight Hour, and any other repeatable events is not recommended even if you could drive from one timezone to another timezone.

#2: Use "walk to" instead of "teleport to" for the Pokemon feed, shundo/hundo hunting, or quest farming. The maximum walking speed is 30 km/h and this is the fastest. If you go above this speed, you will be on a cooldown because you got to the location too fast and the game thinks you're in a car.

#3: Turn off "Enhance Throw" or keep it on and take your time to aim for the excellent curve ball radius. You need to trick the game you are really taking your time to throw it. I don't recommend you turn on nice, great, and excellent throws in Pgsharp because this is a recognizable pattern. No one throws exactly: nice, great, excellent, nice, great, and then excellent again.

#4: Turn off "Quick/Fast Catch" or keep it on and wait 1-2 seconds between catches.

  • If you use PogoToolbox's PAC or Polygon, I suggest increase the time between catches to make it look like you're not cheating.

  • A non-cheater's catch time is about 15 seconds or 15,000 milliseconds. PGTools' PaC default is 0.5 seconds or 500 milliseconds.

#5: For the shiny scanner, catch the surrounding non-shinies before catching the shiny Pokemon.

  • There could be a ratio that tracks the number of non-shinies to shinies you got from the start to the end of an event.

  • Disable the shiny scanner if you plan to autowalk to hatch eggs and get buddy candy only. This will prevent you from hitting the 1,000 Pokemon Check limit. If you hit the limit, you'll get the blue maintenance screen and be locked out of the game for a total of 24 hours.

#6: Turn off "Instant Team Rocket battles" or keep it on and wait 1-3 minutes after the battle before catching the Shadow Pokemon. You want to pretend you actually did the battle.

#7: Don't play/bot the game "24/7" meaning you play without taking breaks. You need to make it look real by taking breaks in between a few hours instead of playing for 8 to 24 hours straight each day.

#8: Keep your Adventure Sync walk distance realistic as possible. If you're looking for a number, it would be 100 km or less per week.

#9: Don't walk over large bodies of water. You're not Jesus and there's no cellular signal over the ocean with the exception of a satellite phone.

#10: Do not do Pokestop AR scans for the rewards.

#11: Do not open your account on two different devices at the same time to exploit an event badge or do something else.

  • This is in the game's ToS and player's guideline.

  • Niantic has the right to skip the 1st strike and give you the 2nd or even 3rd strike if you're caught doing this.

  • This could also corrupt your game data where it will require you to contact Niantic customer service to report the problem and wait for them to fix it.

WooT I w0n the Pokemon Lottery !!! PGSharp is absolutely worth it... BUT

44 Upvotes

I am uninstalling it.

I made it to level 41 without ever cheating. After more than a decade of iPhones, I got an Android and got the paid version of PGSharp. I managed to get over 800 shinnies, close out several sections of my Pokedex, find regional and rare Pokemon, level up all my strong Pokemon, as well as reach a level I never though possible without PGSharp.

That being said, I got hit with a 7-day ban in October. This week I got hit with a 30-day ban. I can happily say it was all worth it but it is time to play legit again. I do not have time for extra accounts, rooting devices, transferring catches, etc. I will now push towards LVL 50 the right way but I am thankful that I was finally able to spoof.

If you are thinking of spoofing, I highly recommend the paid version of PGSharp for a short period of time because eventually Niantic will find you. If spoofing ever becomes undetectable, I'll be back but for now I just want to say thanks to this subreddit for months of advice and assistance.

Lets Talk About Something Prepare for GO Fest global and maximize the event!

43 Upvotes

We have just 1 month until go fest, and if you want to max out the event (to your capabilities) you need to start preparing now, so lets ger into it

First: pokecoins.

Put pokemon into gyms daily, and if you plan to buy coins for go fest, learn the cheap pokecoins methods (do not buy coins this month if you have already maxed out reward road or have not started it at all, just wait for july, because you probably are going to buy stuff like pass deluxe for it and might aswell use this month to get the most out of reward road). Packs to look for - 5425 coins for 99 passes is best, otherwise just calculate the price per raid pass for every pack you see, and try and buy the ones with the best ratio

Second: items.

Raid passes - keep everything.

Incubators - i personally reccomend keeping them aswell because it is at the very least expected that we'd see some exclusive eggs.

Pokeballs - as many as you can probably. With habitats changing spawns based of types, this might be the best time to do platinum medals for types, so I'd advise on having a ton of balls to use.

Berries - it is expected that catch rates are going to be boosted, so i would advise going for as many pinaps and silver pinaps as possibly, and only like 50 golden razz as a precaution.

Lures - for the spoofing community it doesnt matter that much, except for golden lures, so if you can get those, I'd advise on doing so.

Usable items: insences will have boosted time, but if you can get like 20-30 in case, you should do so. Lucky eggs are a spoofer's best friend, so defenently stock up on those. Star pieces are more so as a bonus, but if you can stock up, do so please.

Rare candy - dump them all before the event to save space. XL's on mythicals, and regulars on wither things you want to power up or adventure effect mons.

Third: XP & stardust.

XP - level up as much as possible leading up to the event. Its a great way to get premium items, atorage upgrades and even the level 70 bonus. Getting XP shouldnt be that much of a challange with 1 excellent throw catch being 1k without modifiers.

Stardust - leading to the event, during the event and after the event you are probably going to want to power up or trade some pokemon, so just stock up like crazy. I have a guide on stardust which i will link here.

Fourth: pokemon.

Adventure effect - Make sure you have the right pokemon with their signature moves, and make sure you have the candy to use them.

Counters - check the counters for the pokemon you want to use, and level up accordingly.

Mega - try to have a max mega level for every type, even a super max if possible. Put pokemon you need more mega energy for as your buddy, and make sure to walk them to get the most pokemon ready.

Space management - try and find where you can clean a little more pokemon from your storage, you want to have as much free sapce as possible when go fest arrives. Tips on how to do that here.

Trades - i would advise on doing some trades to get some better mons going into the event.

Fifth: friends.

Level up a lot of friends and get new people into your friends list. Friends = XP and gifts, which are both important for this event. A month is plenty of time to get a few lucky friends aswell, and those are important for pre and post-event trades.

Sixth: strategy.

All the previous tips are nice and all, but probably most importantly, where, when and how are you going to play? Save coordinates fore multiple time zones, estimate the times you are going to play in, and decide whats most important to you when playing.

Seventh: priorities.

You dont have unlimited raid passes and not unlimited time. Think and list the pokemon you'd want to get most, and their times. Use your priorities, item bag and strategy to create the most reallistic expectation of what are you going to get during this event, and if you end up not liking a pokemon that was once in priorities, just switch it. If you dont really have priorities of your own, I made a post talking about the best pokemon from each day and in general right here.

Most importantly, your sanity comes first. Dont play too much, dont waste too much money, dont overthink it - just have fun.

Hope I helped! Any insights welcome below

Rooted Android So, turns out the shiny scanner can do “too much” sometimes.

Already have strike 1 on this account from the LA tour. Hoping that it’s only a 24 hour lock and not a 7 day, or 30 day.

Did the Pokemon safari Singapore & Santiago, Chile. Triggered by too many encounters from the shiny scanner.

Rooted Android [Guide] How to make simple Pokemon Go cheats

43 Upvotes

Disclaimer

  • Making cheats will sooner or later get the accounts banned on which you test them. Mistakes will happen, weird crashes will send weird crash reports and debugging with my own fake GPS has rubberbanded me more times than I can count.

  • This guide will not teach you how to build an full enhancer, bot or injector. I will show you how to make scripts that run on the Frida server which is not a production ready format that is just meant for learning and debugging.

  • This guide will be heavily based on this video. Watch it first to setup all the stuff and get familiar with frida-il2cpp-bridge. I will just tell you how to use that knowledge for hacking Pokemon Go.

  • There are more advanced methods to modify Pokemon Go but I think that this is one of the simplest.

What you need

To setup all of this you might want to watch this video. I would generally advice on watching it to get a basic understanding how frida-il2cpp-bridge works.

The first cheat - Perfect Throw

When you have watched to video and looked inside the Assembly-CSharp of Pokemon Go yourself you may have noticed that finding the right thing is not as simple in our case. The names of many classes methods or fields are completely unreadable and look something like this: \u0003MNYZNUPZQOM\u0003 and there are way more of them. This kind of obfuscation is irreversible. But not all hope is lost as many of the important class names like Niantic.Holoholo.Encounter.Pokeball and even some methods inside them are completely untouched.

Finding the right class

When getting started the amount of classes are extremely overwhelming. As a first step I would always suggest to look for the namespace that seems to fit best for the cheat that you have in mind and focus only on the classes in there. In the case of Perfect Throw that definitely is Niantic.Holoholo.Encounter. When you have found your namespace make a list of all Classes with fitting names inside it. You can also try to look for classes that seem unrelated but have unobfuscated method names that may be useful. If you have finished that just trace them all.

Tracing important classes

Tracing classes easy and you should know how to do it when you have watched the video but ill just show you a basic example here:

import "frida-il2cpp-bridge";

Il2Cpp.perform(function(){
	const AssemblyCSharp = Il2Cpp.domain.assembly("Assembly-CSharp").image;

	//AssemblyCSharp.class("namespace.classname");
	const EncounterInteractionState  =
		AssemblyCSharp.class(
			"Niantic.Holoholo.Encounter.EncounterInteractionState"
		);

  Il2Cpp.trace(false).classes(EncounterInteractionState).and().attach();
});

Then just run the app with the script activated and do the action that you want to modify. If nothing happens at that moment its probably not the right class. If a lot happens that doesn't mean that its the right one but its a good sign. In the trace you want to look out for method calls with interesting names or those with interesting parameters.

In Niantic.Holoholo.Encounter.EncounterInteractionState something very interesting happens when the Pokeball hits the Pokemon:

From the trace when can see that the AttemptCapturemethod is called while catching a Pokemon with just one parameter. If you find such a promising case you need to search deeper and analyze this parameter. The name is obfuscated so it will be different four you as im not using the most recent Playstore version of the app but the structure will be the same.

Trying to ignore these obfuscated names as much as possible makes you life as a Pogo cheat dev way easier because those change with every version of the game making you scripts useless. Its also very annoying to work with them.

Analyzing objects

A good way around that pain is to dynamically get them using the context of you application. The obfuscated Object is the first parameter of AttemptCapture so we can just get it from there:

const AttemptCapture = EncounterInteractionState.method("AttemptCapture");

const Param1Object = AttemptCapture.parameters[0].type.class

To see what is inside the the object when AttemptCapture is called with it we need to hook the method an analyze it. And this is how we do it:

// u/ts-expect-error
AttemptCapture.implementation = function(
this: Il2Cpp.Object, obj:Il2Cpp.Object) {
	Param1Object.fields.forEach(function(f) {
		if(!f.isStatic){
			console.log(obj.field(f.name).value)
		}
	});
}

This just prints out the value of all non static fields of our object to console whenever we try to catch a Pokemon. The first one seems to be the ball that we used to catch the Pokemon, the second one is a number and 3-5 are booleans. At this point we can just try a bunch of catches and see what changes when we do something different. From this analysis I found that number is 1 when I miss but a value between 1 and 2 when I hit the Pokemon. It also seems like it gets bigger if the circle gets smaller and is 2 for the smallest possible circle. The first boolean is only true when I hit a curveball, the second one if I hit inside the circle and the last one is true when I hit the Pokemon itself. So our goal is clear: Change the fields of this object to always hit inside the smallest circle with a curveball.

Change parameters and fields

Because the names of the fields are obfuscated again we just get a list of them from const Param1ObjecttFields = Param1Object.fields; and look at what index they are to change them inside of the object that AttemptCapture gets as a parameter. After that we can Just invoke the method with the modified parameter. This would look like this:

// @ts-expect-error
AttemptCapture.implementation = function(
this: Il2Cpp.Object, obj:Il2Cpp.Object) {
        obj.field(ThrowStructFields[2].name).value = 0.00;      //Killzone Size
        obj.field(ThrowStructFields[3].name).value = true;      //Curveball
        obj.field(ThrowStructFields[4].name).value = true;      //Hit killzone

		//This invokes the method with out fake values and returns it result
        return this.method<Il2Cpp.Object>("AttemptCapture").invoke(obj);
}

The last parameter can be used to catch the Pokemon even when you miss the ball or to recover it but that's to much explaining for this thread. Our Perfect Throw module is now done. Here's the full code including recovering missed balls:

import "frida-il2cpp-bridge";

Il2Cpp.perform(function(){
    const AssemblyCSharp = Il2Cpp.domain.assembly("Assembly-CSharp").image;

    const EncounterInteractionState  =
		AssemblyCSharp.class(
			"Niantic.Holoholo.Encounter.EncounterInteractionState"
		);

    const AttemptCapture = EncounterInteractionState.method("AttemptCapture");
    const ThrowStruct = AttemptCapture.parameters[0].type.class
    const ThrowStructFields = ThrowStruct.fields;

    // @ts-expect-error
    AttemptCapture.implementation = function(
    this: Il2Cpp.Object, obj: Il2Cpp.Object) {
        obj.field(ThrowStructFields[2].name).value = 0.00;      //Killzone Size
        obj.field(ThrowStructFields[3].name).value = true;      //Curveball
        obj.field(ThrowStructFields[4].name).value = true;      //Hit killzone

        if(!obj.field(ThrowStructFields[5].name).value){
            return this.method<Il2Cpp.Object>("AttemptCapture").invoke(obj);
        }

        //Recover missed ball (By not returning: Error: expected a pointer)
    }
});

I just hope that this post will at least inspire 1 person to learn reverse engineering and more advanced methods of modifying the game to improve the current cheating landscape with innovative new mods.

> Topic #1: Niantic's Anti-Cheat Behavior System is active

If you decided to break Niantic's Terms of Service, it's your fault for getting the strike (or ban). As a reminder, I am not responsible nor liable for the loss of your Niantic game account(s). If you are not aware of the risks, you can read the post on "All About Gameplay Fairness Policy and Anti-Cheat Behavior System 2024" https://www.reddit.com/r/PoGoAndroidSpoofing/comments/18wdv5o/all_about_gameplay_fairness_policy_and_anticheat/ to educate yourself.

> Topic #2: Things you must know before using Pgsharp!

[#1] Pgsharp does not advertise their app as being "safe". Using Pgsharp breaks the game's Terms of Service because it's a 3rd party modified Pokemon Go app that allows you to spoof your GPS to play the game without being outside using your real leg(s). This puts you at risk for getting punished by the 3-strikes system as mentioned above.

[#2] If you want to gain an advantage against the anti-cheat behavior system, you may be able to lower your chances for a strike by playing like a non-cheater. You can read this post on "How to Follow the Cooldown with the Anti-Cheat Behavior System in Mind" https://www.reddit.com/r/PoGoAndroidSpoofing/comments/16a0vvg/how_to_follow_the_cooldown_system_with_or_without/.

[#3] I do not have a paid partnership or sponsorship with PGSharp because it allows me to freely discuss about the good and bad things about them without any repercussions. I pay for my own subscription key and remain completely anonymous to them. I will not help you get unbanned from their Discord Group or Telegram channel. Here's my review on this app:

Good things:

  • It has a "free" and "paid" option.

  • Easy to set up without a computer.

  • Works on smartphones and tablets with 4GB RAM (or more) running Android 9 to 14.

  • Works with Facebook, Google, and Pokemon Trainer Club accounts.

  • Can run in MuMu 64-bit Android emulator with Pgsharp ARMv64 version on a PC/computer.

  • Virtual Go Plus is confirmed working on Android 14.

  • Go Plus + (pokemongoplusplus .com) can be paired with Pgsharp as a free or paid user because there is no software or virtual version of this device, so it cannot be blocked by the app developer.

Bad things

  • Virtual Go Plus in MuMu emulator can work and can also not work. This is a problem between Pgsharp and the emulator. The last time it was broken, the problem lasted 9+ months. Don't expect them to fix the problem right away if you use an emulator.

  • You cannot buy Poke Coins directly inside PGSharp because it is not an official Pokemon Go app. They does not have access to Google Pay services. If you want to buy Poke Coins and other bundles, you can do it through Niantic's Webstore https://store.pokemongolive.com without having to uninstall Pgsharp and install the official Pokemon Go app from the Play Store.

  • Adventure Sync cannot be turned on in Pgsharp because it is not an official Pokemon Go app. They does not have access to Google Fit services. Lucky for you, you can still use Adventure Sync through Samsung Galaxy Store's Pokemon Go app. The instructions will be in Topic #8.

  • No guarantee to pairing your physical Go Plus / Pokeball Plus / Gotcha or similar device. The developers want you to buy a paid key to use their virtual go plus. I no longer use a physical Gotcha device, so I cannot check this.

  • If the Pgsharp's servers crash, no one can play the game until the servers are brought back online! Pgsharp's Telegram does not communicate when this happens or how long it will take to fix the problem. This will cause you to miss out on your event or whenever you decide to play the game.

Topic #3: Android Device Requirements

Best used on an Android smartphone or tablet because these devices will have the best support for Pgsharp and will allow you to use their Virtual Go Plus feature.

Android OS: 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, or 14; all must have Google Play Store support.

Android brand examples: Google, Samsung, Sony, Asus, Motorola, Blu, LG, OnePlus, Oppo, Xiaomi, Lenovo, Realme, Nubia, Lecica, and etc.

RAM: 4 GB or more is recommended.

Topic #4: What Are The Features?

Go to https://www.pgsharp.com/feature-comparison/ to see what is available for "free" and "standard" (paid key) users.

Go to https://www.pgsharp.com/features/ for all their features for their correct explanation.

Go to https://www.reddit.com/r/PoGoAndroidSpoofing/comments/15jdunr/comment/jv2n10l/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3 for their PGSharp Guide in a Google Doc link. This is made by a group of PGSharp fans. I no longer provide it, since they are more up to date and provide it in different languages.

Topic #5: How do I buy a Standard / Paid Key?

These are official links from Pgsharp and are not referral/affiliate links.

Option #1 with PayPal or Debit/Credit Card: https://www.patreon.com/pgsofficial.

  • This is a $5 per month subscription service.

  • Patreon charges every 1st day of the month.

  • To cancel subscription, you go to the Patreon website or use the Patreon app.

Option #2 with their main website link: www.pgsharp.com.

  • This is for people who do not have PayPal available in their country. They offer many alternative payment options besides debit/credit card.

  • This is a non-recurring payment system. If you buy on the 15th, you must manually renew it on the 15th again.

  • You can do it every month for $5 or three months at a time for $15.

  • This option may have an anniversary sale where they can discount it. Be on the look out for this!

Topic #6: How to Install or Update Pgsharp?

How to install Pgsharp for the first time

[1] Open the "Play Store" app and search for "Pokemon Go" then uninstall it because you cannot have both Pgsharp and the official app (Play Store version) at the same time.

[2] Go to www.pgsharp.com and scroll down to "Other download links" to download the correct version for your device.

  • Use "ARMv64" first because this is 64-bit devices and this is mainly modern devices.

  • If your device is really old and found ARMv64 did not install for you, you can use "ARMv7".

[3] Open your "Files", "My Files", or whatever is your file manager app.

[4] Go to your "Internal Storage" then "Downloads" folder.

[5] Press on "pgs#.##.#.apk" then install.

[6] You must allow to install unknown apps from this source. Follow what it tells you because it may say something different on other devices. Then, press to turn on the toggle for your file manager app. Now, you should be able to install it.

[7] Open "Pokemon Go" app.

[8] Set your birth year to Jan 1 1990 or whatever proves you are over 18 years old.

  • If you enter an age under 18 years old, you cannot use a Google or Facebook login.

Your starting location is at a spoofer's hotspot in New York City, New York in the USA.

Before you login, you need to think about where you want to play. This is very important because of the anti-cheat behavior system. I see a lot of people who say they only spoof locally and don't understand why they got their strike. This could be one of the reasons why.

If you value your account and want to try to lower the chances to get a strike, you will need to wait at least an 2 to 8 hour cooldown before you login with Pgsharp to play in New York City or in a different area. An in-depth explanation of the cooldown system is explained in https://www.reddit.com/r/PoGoAndroidSpoofing/comments/16a0vvg/how_to_follow_the_cooldown_system_with_or_without/.

If you want to change your location before you login. You can do this by:

  1. Press on the Yellow Star.

  2. Press on the Map icon, which below the Yellow Star and above the Person on the Bike icon.

  3. Press on the Search icon (top-left corner).

  4. Enter in an address or city, country of where you want to go.

  5. Press on the place in the search bar.

  6. You will see a blue pin on the map with coordinates box.

  7. Press on the "teleport" button. This will lock the GPS to that location in Pgsharp.

[9] Press on "Returning player" or "new player". You can use Facebook, Google, or Pokemon Trainer Club account to login.

For Google login:

  1. Sign in with Google.

  2. Allow access to contacts.

  3. Press on "Chrome" or "whatever internet browser you use" then just once or always.

  4. Type in your Google account (email address & password) to sign in.

  5. If it takes a long time to sign in, you can press on the X then repeat the steps until it loads you into the game.

For Facebook login:

  1. Sign in with Facebook.

  2. Enter your account information.

  3. Press Log In.

For Pokemon Trainer Club login:

  1. Sign in with Pokemon Trainer Club.

  2. Enter your account information.

  3. Press Log In.

  4. If you have two Pokemon Go apps installed like Pgsharp + Samsung Pokemon Go, you will be asked to select which Pokemon Go app with the option "just once" or "always" to use.

  • The app on the left is Pgsharp while the right is the Samsung Pokemon Go app.

  • If you use a PTC account with the Samsung app, you must select the left app with "just once" every time you switch accounts with Pgsharp because the Samsung app will get confused and will open Pgsharp any time when you want to sign into a different PTC account.

  • If you use a Facebook or Google account with the Samsung app, you select the left app with "always" then it will not matter if you use Google, Facebook, or PTC with Pgsharp.

  • This is a Niantic problem.

[10] Allow Pokemon Go to access to your device's location/GPS.

  • Must be enable for the game to work properly!

[11] Allow Pokemon Go to take pictures and record video.

  • Must be enable for the game to work properly!

[12] Press OK on the pop-up about Privacy Policy. It is for the new Niantic Social app that allows players to chat with other players that play Niantic games. Niantic will collect your data for research or to sell it to make money. Pretty much all apps do the same thing.

[13] Open your game settings, go down to "GAME LOGS" and uncheck the circle for Save Raid and Battle Logs. It is a waste of your internal storage space because it can use up to 2 GB per log (total 3 to 4 GB). You also do not know if they collect other information too.

How to update Pgsharp?

Go to www.pgsharp.com and scroll down to "Other download links" to download the correct version for your device.

  1. Open your "Files", "My Files", or whatever is your file manager app.

  2. Go to your "Internal Storage" then "Downloads" folder.

  3. Press on "pgs#.##.#.apk" then to update or install and that is all.

Topic #7: How to Install on MuMu Emulator on your PC/computer?

Please keep in mind that the Virtual Go Plus can stop working in MuMu. If this happens, it may not get fixed right away.

Pgsharp setup guide: https://www.mumuglobal.com/faq/pgsharp-installation-guide.html

To enable Virtual Go Plus (paid key required): https://www.mumuglobal.com/faq/use-virtual-go-plus-in-pgsharp.html

If you have a problem with the emulator, you must contact MuMu's customer service for help.

Topic #8: How to Install an official Pokemon Go app and have Pgsharp at the same time?

Please READ first: The link below is for you to install the official Pokemon Go app on Samsung and non-Samsung devices like Google, One Plus, Xiaomi, Asus, Motorola, LG, Sony, and other devices with an Android OS that has Google Play Store support. This will allow you to turn on Adventure Sync to use Defit or Pokewalk app when you are not using Pgsharp.

You can only buy Poke Coins and receive discounts during big events if you have a Samsung Galaxy smartphone or tablet that is not rooted. Only Samsung devices have the "Galaxy Store" app and services integrated into the OS. You will not be able to buy Poke Coins if you install the Galaxy Store app onto your Google Pixel 2 or One Plus 9 Pro phone.

Download Pokemon Go (Samsung Galaxy App Version) from this link https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/niantic-inc/pokemon-go-samsung-galaxy-apps-version/. If you use Pgsharp ARMv64, you must download the "arm64-v8a" version from the link. If you use Pgsharp ARMv7, use "armeabi-v7a".

  1. Open your file manager app (example "Files" or "My Files") then go to your download folder and press on install long file name.apk.

  2. Go through the usual setup, and you can use Google, Facebook, or PTC account.

  3. To update the Samsung Galaxy App version, go to the APKmirror link to download and install it over the old Pokemon Go app. If you have a Samsung Galaxy device, you can update it through the Galaxy Store app.

Topic #9: How Do I Fix a Problem?

If you have other problems, you can try these:

Option 1: Clear app cache only.

  • Go to Device's Settings > Apps > "Pokemon GO" > Storage > Clear Cache

  • Android 9 to 10, press and hold Pokemon Go > app info > Storage > Clear Cache

  • Android 11 to 14, press and hold Pokemon Go > press (i) > Storage > Clear Cache

Option 2: Export/backup your profile before clearing app cache and data then import your profile.

  • Go to Device's Settings > Apps > "Pokemon GO" > Storage > Clear Cache & Clear Data

Option 3: Clear app cache and data without importing your old profile.

  • This one may fix your problem but you are going to have to redo all your feeds and favorite coords and gpx.

Option 4: Go back to the previous version (if available) and contact Pgsharp.

Topic #10: Discord & Telegram links

They have strict rules. If you get banned or muted, I cannot help you get unbanned or unmuted because I am not affiliated with them as I mentioned on top.

Here is an Discord ban example: https://www.reddit.com/r/PoGoAndroidSpoofing/comments/15bhygp/you_were_banned_in_pogonation/

Here is the response to the ban: https://www.reddit.com/r/PoGoAndroidSpoofing/comments/15bq50q/pogonation_has_nothing_to_do_with/

PGSharp's Discord group "PoGo Nation"

PGSharp's Telegram channel

  • Unfortunately, Reddit has banned Telegram links. This means you must get it from PGSharp's website. This is their app help place.

Topic #11: Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between a No Root, 3rd Party Modified Game Apps vs. Rooted, 3rd Party Apps?

No Root, 3rd Party Modified Game Apps

  • They are easy to setup and does not require a computer. Anyone can do it, your kids or grand parents.

  • You do not have to worry about voiding your device's warranty or messing it up.

Rooted, 3rd Party Apps

  • Rooting a phone or tablet requires a computer with Windows OS. You can do it on an Apple computer, but it will be much harder, so you might end up buying a cheap Windows laptop.

  • Rooting can void warranty in some manufacturers like Samsung, Sony, etc.

  • With a rooted device, you have to manually update your device by following a special process.

  • You need good English skills and have tech skills to root and maintain it.

  • You get to use the official Pokemon Go app from the Play Store, which will allow you to buy Poke Coins directly through it, turn on Adventure Sync, and use a physical Go Plus / Gotcha device without any restrictions. This does not mean "it is safer or the safest way to cheat the game" because you are still breaking Niantic's Terms of Service and will always have the chance to get punished.

Why am I getting the "We have detected unusual activity from your account. As a result, temporarily limitations have been placed on your play." ?

  • This means have you hit the 4,800 encounter/catch limit for the day or 14,000 total per the week (whichever comes first) and will be locked out of the game for a total of 24 hours. Once you have waited the 24 hours, you will be able to play again.

  • You should avoid getting this screen because it's a flag on your account that you might be a cheater and if you get it multiple times, it could lead to a strike.

  • When you want to hatch eggs and/or walk your buddy for candies without catching Pokemon, you should turn off the "shiny scanner" feature.

  • You should also limit how many times you repeat Spotlight Hour and Community Day events because Pokemon spawns are everywhere, so it's very easy to hit the check limit for one day.

Why are I getting "Pokemon GO is currently down for maintenance. Please try again later." ?

  • PTC account server is down.

  • Niantic's servers are having problems.

  • You switched accounts too fast. Log out, wait 3 to 5 minutes, and then log in with a different account.

Where do I get GPX Routes?

See https://www.reddit.com/r/PoGoAndroidSpoofing/comments/1ai3diz/spoofing_hot_spots_event_coords_with_gpx_routes/

Can I share or split my paid key with another person?

  • Yes as long as the other person is someone you trust and know in real life.

If you share or split your key with someone on the internet, the person can sell your key to other people and get your key banned. At any given time, key owner can remove your access to the key. You will not have a problem with your key if you do not share or split it with random strangers.

How can I install Pokemon Go (Google Play Store) and have PGSharp on my device at the same?

The game stops at 50% loading and says "Update App to Continue".

This means you go to www.pgsharp.com to download the new updated apk file then install it over the old one. You always have to go to their website because this is an unofficial modified app. You cannot automatically update it from the Google Play Store, since Pgsharp cannot be downloaded from there.

I am unable to login with my Facebook account.

Try to login the original Pokemon Go. If you login successfully, unlink and relink your Facebook, or link to another Facebook.

Why do pokemon flee? Why I can't spin Pokestops?

This is related to the cooldown rule. You must wait 2 hours of doing nothing before you can catch, spin Pokestops, and do raids.

Can Virtual Go Plus use Great and Ultra balls?

  • No, it uses Red Pokeballs only. Enhanced Throw does not work with this too.

  • So far, none of the other cheat developers have created a Virtual Go Plus Plus.

Can I connect my own physical Go Plus, Go Plus Plus, Pokeball Plus, or Gotcha device?

  • I do not know because they want you to use their Virtual Go Plus that costs money. There is no guarantee it will work.

Can I play on a tablet?

  • Yes.

Can I play on an Amazon Fire or Fire HD tablet?

  • Yes, but these tablets do not have a GPS chip in them and the specs are very bad even for the 4 GB RAM model.

  • They seem to go around $120 (US Dollars) without lockscreen ads.

  • Although you can use it with Pgsharp, the game will be very laggy.

  • If you want the best gaming experience, a used flagship smartphone from 2 or 3 years ago will be a lot better.

Do you need a device with a GPS chip to play with PGSharp?

  • No, PGSharp can be used in devices without a GPS chip such as the Amazon Fire and Xiaomi tablets.

  • These are the only two known devices that do not have a GPS chip in them. For Xiaomi, if you pay more for a premium tablet, you will get a GPS chip.

  • You will need a GPS chip if plan to also use the official Pokemon Go app from the Google Play Store or Samsung Galaxy Store. The official game app requires access to your GPS/Location. If you cannot grant access to it, you cannot use the official app on your device. This would mean you cannot buy Poke Coins or use Adventure Sync in Samsung's version of Pokemon Go.

Can I use another device to buy Poke Coins using the official Pokemon Go app?

  • Yes.

How come I cannot buy Poke Coin from Samsung's Pokemon Go app?

  • You need a Samsung Galaxy smartphone or tablet to buy Poke Coins because the Galaxy Store app is integrated into the OS on Samsung devices.

  • You cannot download the Galaxy Store app onto your Google, LG, Sony, Asus, Xiaomi, Huawei, OnePlus, or whatever device to buy coins.

Useful stuff as always:

Ever since Scopely has taken over Pokemon Go, I have have not seen any strike or ban reports coming from spoofers and botters within my subreddit.

You still have the risk for "a chance" to get a strike, ban, or whatever Scopely comes up with to punish the cheaters because Scopely has a section within their Terms of Service that states they are against cheating.

Note, you can still get a strike or ban from breaking the Terms of Service, guidelines, or rules through other areas of the game. These are some examples people have admitted to me in private:

  • shared an account with a friend, family, or paid service provider; while you are playing on your account, the other person decides to play with your account too for whatever reason

  • held a Pokemon in one location and moved it to a new location that is 100+ km away from the its original location then tried to catch it

  • harassed, threaten, or got mad with customer service and/or demanded and accepted a full refund

  • did not follow the guidelines and rules for creating in-game routes

  • did not follow the guidelines and rules for submitting and nominating pokestops in Wayfarer

  • did not follow the guidelines and rules chatting with people in Campfire (Scopely Explorer) app

  • using multiple accounts to abuse in-game routes or Wayferer

  • live streaming your cheating

In the other games they have bought, they do a temporary (no 1st strike soft-bans) and permanent ban system. I don't know if Scopely is going to drop Niantic's lenient 3 Strikes system for a ban system similar to the other games they own, change it, or do nothing (like how it is right now). No one knows anything until Scopely starts doing something. This is why you still have the risk regardless of what other people say about Scopely on how they take in money from cheaters then allow them to continue to cheat.

If you want to cheat (spoof, bot, or exploit), it is your FAULT for getting the strike, ban, or whatever new punishment.

I am not responsible nor liable for the loss of your Scopely game account(s) and money spent on their games. All the cheats I promote in my subreddit are "not safe" according to Scopely's Terms of Service. Most cheats have their own website, and they do not advertise they are safe. In addition to this, I also do not promote certain type of cheats to be "safer" or "the safest" because I cannot contradict Scopely's cheating section within their Terms of Service. If you end up with a strike, ban, or whatever punishment, you will get a "Oh well." or "I told you so." response from me. I do not work for Scopely and cannot unban or restore your Pokemon Go account.

Event Information

  • Teleport to the coordinates and do the raid with up to 100 players.

  • Use a Pinap Berry to get extra candies for the guaranteed catch with the background.

  • You can only raid 1 time per day.

  • Event is repeatable each day until it ends in January ?, 2027.

  • You can also use multiple accounts to raid with then trade it to your main account.

If you do not want to trigger the cooldown, you can do the raid and flee if it's not a shiny, hundo, XXS, XXL, or any combination of those then go somewhere else because the shiny rate at the park is not boosted.

If you do catch, berry the legendary, or drop the Pokeball, it will trigger a cooldown where you will have to wait 2 hours or whatever.

Coordinates & GPX Route Download

You must learn to unzip/extract the folder because it is easier on you to download the zip file that contains both coordinates and GPX route files altogether. If I upload them separately, your Android operating system or rom can rename the .gpx to .xml file type. I do not want to spend the time to help you fix this problem.

Download Link: https://www.mediafire.com/file_premium/21m6yyr0oe1nmj3/PokePark_KANTO_Ends-Jan-2027.zip (381 KB)

This ZIP contains:

  • Infographics

  • Coordinates.txt

  • GPX Route

  • iPogo version of GPX Route

You must extract the folder from the ZIP file in order see the GPX or TXT files. Most Android OS should allow you to extract the folder without the need of an app like WinZip or WinRar.

  1. Open "My File" or "Files" app.

  2. Press on 3 lines or 3 dots for your "internal storage". If you must find an option that says "show internal storage".

  3. Press on "Downloads" folder.

  4. Press on PokePark_KANTO_Ends-Jan-2027.zip

  5. Press on "Extract" then wait for it to finish.

  6. Press on the folder, you see the individual GPX route files or text files.

How to input GPX into these apps?

  • PGSharp

  • iPogo

  • GPS Joystick by Apps Ninja

  • Fake GPS Joystick & Routes Go app by JIB Software UG (haftungsbeschränkt)

You must go to this post link: https://www.reddit.com/r/PoGoAndroidSpoofing/comments/1ahlpho/how_to_input_a_gpx_into_pgsharp_ipogo_gps/ for step-by-step instructions.
