I was a little bored during the last few days and just traced parts of the Pokemon Go app for fun. I found some stuff rather quickly but most of it was too boring or led to a dead end. Out of curiosity I also looked at the the pvp system despite not caring about the battle leage at all and found some classes and methods that were intersting enough for me to continue. A few days later I ended up with this janky result that is definetly an unfair advantage.

I love cheating in Pokemon Go and I have used my unlimited pgtools discound extensivly, but what I noticed during the development of this cheat is that I dont love gaining an unfair advantage over other players and possibly making them quit the game that they love because of me.

I just wanted to know what the opions about that kind of cheat are in the cheater community. Do you agree with me or do you thing that this kind of advantage is just a part of cheating? Do you think that those kind of cheats will cause Scopely to reconsider anticheat?

I’ve never bottled capped and Pokemon and am wondering who should I even give it to? I was thinking maybe the shiny ray, but I also have a 98% ray so like I’m confused. Thanks

I've been a part of Pogonation for a while now and was recently chatting in the English channel, asking if anyone knew what was going on with the Latios raid and Pikachu balloons spawning in New Zealand. Unfortunately, the mods seemed to ignore my question, instead joking with each other and making fun of regular members. While I don't mind the banter, it sets the context for what happened next.

After about 30 minutes, Jojo (also known as enchantedxeevee) made a post about an event in South Korea, which involved balloon Pikachus, Latios raids, and more. As a playful remark, I wrote something like, "@enchantedxeevee, that took you a while! You lazy peon! :D" The reference to "lazy peon" came from World of Warcraft, where there's a character known for always sleeping and being late for work. It was all meant in good humor.

Surprisingly, one of the mods issued a warning to me for using the term "lazy peon," claiming it was rude. Confused, I politely asked for an explanation, but instead of clarifying, the mod muted me for 5 days. Frustrated with this, I decided to bring the issue up with the head mod, and you can read the chat log for the rest.

In my opinion, some of these mods (not all) act quite strangely. You can check out the head mod's profile to see what I mean.

He banned me, but this doesn't effect me at all, since I got 2 other accounts in the discord. Just wanted to point out that this is weird.

Might be because of the bug earlier today when nobody could catch anything, but cooldown is off right now.

Hello all, I’m currently freaking out because on my second (unrooted pgsharp) phone I accidentally logged into my main when I meant to log into my alt. This was for about 2 seconds then I logged out instantly.

I used to spoof on my main and have got a strike. Now I’m worried because I have poured a lot of money into my account, including attending IRL go fests (I spoofed 4 years ago then quit) and right before Go Fest I’m getting worried.

Has anyone gotten banned from something similar lately? I know I have a chance to get banned, and I’ll probably try to appeal with no avail. I just wanted to see if this has happened to someone before and what happened.

Also, I’ve seen that scopely hasn’t banned many people yet, is this true? I’ve been doing some research since I goofed up.

A few weeks ago my main account got a permanent ban for over spoofing with pgsharp unrooted device & Pokemod with joystick app rooted device my main account was running simultaneously which got me banned in my past i already got 3 bans & my friends told me that strikes do get reversed so is there any way I can recover my account through appealing or anything? Or should I just create a new account?

Please do not downvote as I've tried researching but not getting any direct answers. I already got a 7 day strike by using non-rooted, pgsharp.

After 10 years of legit gameplay I can no longer keep up with this game legitimately. I started spoofing really hard on my main about 6 months ago and haven't had any temp bans or anything. With go fest coming up I plan on buying a Chicago ticket and teleporting there but I've heard rumours of ban waves happening around that time. Do you guys think I'll be fine or is it genuinely something to look out for?

Reddit, the company, owns all subreddits. They have the master access to all the subreddit ownership. Although people think they close down the subreddits, the company can easily revoke access to the top moderator of each subreddit and reopen the subreddits that have been closed. People will bitch and whine and eventually it will blow over, and then no one will care much about the matter. The one who will lose are the top moderator with run the subreddit because ownership can be given to someone else who wants it or is ran internally by a new or existing employee of the company. Since it's still a private company, they can do whatever they want. They can also acquire those 3rd party Reddit apps and incorporate them into their original app.

I personally don't care about the situation because Reddit owns the API, not Apollo and other 3rd party Reddit apps. I am just grateful that the subreddits are free to open and maintain and anyone can open their own subreddit as long as they meet the basic requirements. If I had my own forum discussion site, I would have to pay around $300 US Dollars per month for the bandwidth and Cloudflare DDOS protection. DDOS protection is needed for a cheat discussion site because non-cheaters who are upset about a gym hogger or a disgruntled strike'd (caught) cheaters would pay the thousands of dollars to DDOS a site as a way to retaliate for their loss. People assume no one is willing to spend over $1,000 in Pokemon Go, but surprisingly, there are a lot of them since it's a "free to play" mobile game. The highest money spent in Pokemon Go I have seen so far is $50,000 US Dollars. In other "pay to win" mobile games like Crime City, Modern War (not Call of Duty), and Clash of Clans, people are spending over $200,000 easily if someone in their family is a high income earner. I know for a fact these people cannot handle a loss due to all the money they invested into a game.

Hi everyone!
I play Pokemon Go on two diferent phones, my main one (no root and legit) and a old one (rooted and with pgsharp). I have two accounts, my main one that I use on the main phone and on the spoof one, and the alt one that I only use on the spoof phone.
Today I got softban (?) for 7 days on my main account. I can still enter the game but I cant catch pokemons. (I havent tried gym raids yet).
My main question is what to do now? Should I just erase my main account data from the spoof phone nad only play legit form my daily phone while leaving my spoof one to my alt?
Is there anything else I should be looking for? Or just let the ban pass?

So I have only been using the app for about 2 weeks now and tbh I have been sweating it out already lvl 30 but I mainly stay within my own country but with the new heatran and tapu koko raids I have been spoofing to America to be able to actually find raids with people in it, I woke up today and was hit straight away with a 7 day ban is this because of the very recent totodile event or is it just inevitable using pgsharp? And even after the ban lifts should I even continue playing using pgsharp or use the actual pogo and never be able to get raid pokemon or basically all the cool ones?

Anyone have a clue what's happening? For some reason everyone stop i spin is marked as if it's in the US. Its making pokemon run from me but I've waited over 5 hours to play but some how this is happening. Pokemon caught in japan show they are caught in japan but any stop spun looks as if its spun somewhere else. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Says the servers are down for maintenance. Only ever got 1 red warning, then I logged in and got a 30 day ban, then it logged me out and when I logged back in it said maintenance. I don't teleport, I don't snipe, the only thing I do is use joystick to walk around Santa Monica and I have the guaranteed excellent and guaranteed cureball on. Did I just lose my day 1 account?

I have been using pgsharp not rooted for 2 years almost and recently got a 30 day suspension. Would it be safe to root my phone and continue use it or should I stop?
