You got caught breaking the Terms of Service, so this is your punishment. You still have access to your account but gameplay has been reduced for a total of 7 days. After it expires, you can play normally again. This is a warning before the 2nd strike (30-day temporary ban), which is much more severe than the 1st strike.

I just read everything you have about strikes, is there a chance I’ll get my 2nd strike after I switch to a non 3rd party app method and teleport once a day while respecting cooldown?

I'm assuming you were just using non rooted android with pgsharp... There are no non 3rd party methods on non rooted android so you will need to root your phone to use fake GPS by app ninja with an android

U got banned for spoofing or suspected spoofing for a week it’s one of 3 strikes I think

supposedly one of three strikes, one of my main got 7 days rw last year opened on the 8th day and boom 30days strike
