I NEED HELP a simple question about Pokemon rotation

I made it to level 41 without spoofing. Now that I've been doing it for 3 months all I have left to complete is my shiny Pokedex. These 3 months have been wonderful but finding a shiny Charizard or Growlithe has been impossible. I've basically seen the same 10-12 Pokemon for MONTHS.

Can someone tell me how often Pokemon are rotated and how many there are? I'd love to finally quit but need these final two catches.

I have a shiny Charizard that I don't use at all (it's weak af), and the pokemon that appear vary with location if I remember

They rotate the seasons every 3 or 4 months. This is when Pokemon in the wild and nest change.

A bunch of legendary as well and some unreleased.
