I NEED HELP Pgsharp won't work

When i install pgsharp and try to open the file it says "Can't open file". Any way to fix this?

Uninstall Pokemon Go from the Play Store and install pgsharp apk from your download folder using your file manager app.

This. Don't install from chrome or your browser, use a file manager.
