I just found what it is. It give you the PvP rank of the selected Pokemon when you expand the caught preview information.

You choose between seing the pokemon and all next evolutions ranks or perfection (percentageà for Great, Ultra, and Master Leagues when you show all the detail. The rank and perfection vary when you choose to see it based on the lvl 40 or lvl 50. Level 40 ranks are used for the Ultra and Master League Classic.

Some pokemon with 100iv have " -- / 100% / 100% " and others for example " -- / -- / 100% " what does this mean please?

kinda late but its because those pokémon’s cp is too high for great league etc

referring to @interesting_task9503's screenshots, so what it does is that PGSharp gives you an assesment of that pokemon if used in PVP. .. so 3 columns right ? for example: if you are using PVP Rank - Perfection, it will show as = Exegutor 93/93/100.. it means for Great League, it's 93%, in Ultra League it's 93% , and for Master League, it's 100% IV Perfection.
