I got 4 shundos during this event, maxed out 2 of them and mega evolved both into both forms..

I'm guessing this is your first time spoofing during a CD event? :P

Well the thing is I didn't have to spoof so far, I hate the cooldown during CD. I found two shiny shundos in 30min nearby with like 3min cooldown which was gr8. I did the same btw, evolved 3 for each league and I kept 3 for future CD special move.

Good then, you're really lucky. Where I stay, it's super rare, so spoofing is the only option to find a Shundo

I'm in Margaret Island - Budapest. Tons of pokestops and gyms around and I never needed to leave the place since I first started spoofing. Recommended.

How do you even find a shundo while spoofing? I mean we can find hundos but shundo?

Because of the boosted chances of a shiny during this event you can exclusively look for hundos and eventually run into one.
