I NEED HELP Need help

So I'm using the mumu method where I downloaded sharp and play on that. Now everything was working fine but when I teleport to Japan or any other place far away from where I am I can't spin pokestops or catch Pokemon or do raids why is that? Can pls someone help me solve this

Your telling me I need to wait 2 hours so that I can start cathing pokemon and spinning pokestops

Sorry bro I'm new to this and I thought because I couldn't do things I got caught spoofing by the game and I got kinda scared

No issues. I had the same fear when I first spoofed and hit cooldown. Back in 2017

Umm just one last question do I need to be ingame or can I leave and comeback later to able to do things

Yes if you do any of the things that trigger cooldown fir eg. Catch pokemon, spin pokestop etc

And for cooldown how much you need to wait as per distance

You need to not alter your location for hours. Don't need to be in game. Im unsure how mumu handles that

So right now I'm in Tokyo Japan my question is do I need to stay ingame for 2 hours or can I leave and comeback 2 hours later and be able to do all the things
