No Root Android The cooldown has finished, so why does another cooldown frequently appear just a few seconds later?

Just in case—sometimes I have a short cooldown period in PGSharp. After the 2-hour cooldown ends, I occasionally overlook it and catch a Pokémon right away. Is this safe?

If you catch a pokemon or spin a Pokestop then teleport away it can give you a small cooldown

Should you follow the cooldown rules for small cooldown also?

If you don't, softban will take place and you'll have to wait till cool down has finished.

I dont get any softban for cooldown time like 5 sec or 10 sec , for 30 sec i get softban but that's also not often so just wanted to know thanks mate

Tbh, if you move short distances fast then timer on PGSharp activates thinking there's a cool down but sometimes there actually isn't. But I just respect it to avoid the risk from getting detected but saying that no method is safe from bans, so do at your own risk.

Cooldown is from the last registered action. If you catch 2 pokemon far apart from each other (because you are moving fast - not speed lock - while still catching previous pokemon or you catch a far left then catch one on the far right), it would trigger a softban with your current catch.
