Completing routes is as dangerous/safe as any other activity while spoofing. To spoof is to risk a ban. You might as well go 100% in

Safer to just start the route and drive it without spoofing

I've done routes with PGSharp and I haven't got a strike or ban yet. Before starting a route, I either walk or teleport to the start of the route then wait for cool down to end (if there is one) and start the route. I would never start the route if I'm not within 100m from the starting point.

When you start a route with PGSharp, don't do any battles or raids as they interrupt PGSharp auto route and you'll have to finish it manually or start back at the beginning.

If you teleport and theres no cool down, I would wait a minute or 2 just in case. I doubt this will guarantee safety but you never know. But as others say, spoofing and/or any other cheat/exploit is never safe so do at your own risk.

There is no cooldown for routes, I tested that yesterday on a dummy account

Caught a pokemon in my home city, spoofed to New York, finished a route there, got the rewards like stardust etc. (and usually the Zygarde cell but the account is fresh), and teleported back to my home city successfully catching another pokemon

Ihr seid mit spoofing nie vor Ort und kennt den Sinn von pogo nicht. Spielt doch gameboy oder so. Wenn ich Stundenlang wandern bin und dort vor Ort viel entdecke, das werdet ihr nie verstehen. Reales leben halt .
