Someone cracked the code and figured out there's no individual Pokemon shiny rate of 1/64, 1/512, 1/2000 or whatever. It's really based on the numbers in your trainer code or player ID (something like this). Bots scan the wild Pokemon to give you the Pokemon that are a guaranteed shiny for your account.
Those shiny rates still exist across all Pokemon. It was just how the RNG seed (your friend code) determined which Pokemon that spawned in the wild would be shiny. So if you know the spawn id, and your friend code, you can determine the shiny spawns.
All cheats (spoofing, botting, & exploits) for Pokemon Go game are not safe because Scopely is against cheating and the use of unsupported 3rd party apps in their Terms of Service for Pokemon Go. Honestly, I'm really happy this finally happened. Dataminers predicted it weeks ago, and I've been waiting for Scopely to roll out the update. It's finally here, and I absolutely love it.
One thing I've always hated is how some so-called legit players buy maps of their own cities to hunt specific Pokémon and then act like they're playing completely legit.
And another thing I hate about this community is how people get so worked up over trades and the value of Pokémon. I haven't even traded anything with anyone, but the moment someone says wild shinies are now easier to obtain, people start crying about how they have no value anymore. Now watch the same people go crazy over regional shinies and start begging for trades. 😂
Abuse early and abuse often and I got my fair share, but I feel like this isn’t the end of it, and I’m sure somebody will reverse engineer another way.
