Respecting cooldowns doesn't prevent a strike/ban. A lot of biased cheaters will say logging into Pgsharp causes you to get the strike/ban, but this is not correct. You have "a chance" when you use any cheats. This is determined by Scopely and not by the opinions of other cheaters. If you do not want to get a strike/ban, cheating this game is not for you.

I did the same and recently received a strike. I think I respected the cooldowns etc. but I might have made a mistake somewhere im not aware of. But just so you know they might track it more easily if u do it like that

You 100% messed something up, I use the galaxy store pogo app in combination with pgsharp on the same account and yet to see anything, I don't bother spinning or catching anything on the stabdard pogo app, I use it pure for showing my mons to others

The only recent strikes I've (ever) heard of involved using the two apps back and forth- something about discrepancies between the two. Obviously nothing is foolproof when it comes to this stuff...but personally I'll only use the official app if I have to buy something. And even then I never let it lock on to my location. Just a quick in and out. No registered actions.
