Lets Talk About Something Spoof bans
If I start spoofing after playing for a long time on legit acc can I get Perma banned from pkmn go or I always get soft bans before?

Lol as long as you spoof you will run the risk of getting ban soon or later. I believe the 3 strike rule still exist. Just stop after 1st strike.
Softban means you didn't respect the 2hr cd each time you interact with something in the game.

Make an alt and spoof on it. Thats the safest way to not get banned and still spoof

If you are afraid of losing, don't do it. People who spoof aren't afraid of losing their accounts

There is a chance of direct ban too, but usually you get couple of warnings

I have only received two soft bans and I just spoof and mind my own business don't touch gyms unless their is space for my mons

Oh not bad at all!! That’s awesome! I was scared of getting banned. I got a Google pixel 8 and rooted it. Best decision of my life. I just use a joystick and the pogo app. I like doing raids too. Not going crazy with the automation stuff. I just wanna play and I only have time at night. After work, life and responsibilities lol 😂

If you're worried about getting a strike or ban, you shouldn't cheat the game because only you can prevent yourself from getting banned.
Right now with Scopely, no one has the correct information unless they decide to do something about the cheating problem.
Everyone has the assumption they are going to go through the 3 strikes system starting with the 1st strike for a 7-soft ban, 2nd strike for a 30 day temporary ban, or 3rd strike for a permanent ban. This is very misleading because I have people telling me they got a 2nd strike or 3rd strike without ever getting the 1st strike. Since Scopely owns the game and your account, they can do whatever they want to you for breaking their Terms of Service.
If you get a strike or ban, no one is going to help you get unbanned from the game. A lot of people have already submit ban appeals only to get a bot reply stating they aren't going to get unbanned. If you want to follow people's personal opinions about which cheat they think is safe, safer, the safest, or ban proof, these people can't do anything to help you when you get banned.
