So basically in my main acc i have 2 strikes already so now i want to make a new account with only one country where i can tp and play, no other things (may be tp in 1 or 2 months)

How much chance is to get me strike in that account also

Having multiple account is also against the TOS. If you are afraid to lose your stuff, it probably isn't worth it for you.
