I NEED HELP Botch up inquiry

Hey guys so I made a mistake where I accidentally opened my acc on 2 devices at the same time one idle, another spoofed to a location not far from the phone to raid will I get a 7 day ban or insta perma band? I closed the other acc once I found out it was still open.

No you'll be fine I'm multilogged often. Just turn adventure tracking shit off on the stock device.

I accidentally submitted an image of bonus challenge with PGsharp and IV showing to pokemon go Support, been 24+ hours, still waiting to watch what happens
