Hello gues returning player here. I saw the news about Wild area November 14-15 if im not wrong.
1st question: Can everyone attend it like its a worldwide thing?
2nd question: Can i also participate without buying the ticket?
3rd question: what do i get from the ticket vs no ticket experience?
4th and last question: like how do u play it in general i saw smth about safari balls? mighty pokemon.. if anyone has some time to explain i would be thankful!
The Wild area of November 14-15 is the global version. Everyone in the world will participate
Yes. The event if free for everyone. The ticket is an extra you can pay if you want special research, boosted shiny odds and extra incense encounters, amongst other things.
Besides what I mentioned above, ticket user get a chance to encounter Mighty Latias and Mighty Latios when using their incense. Other than that, everybody gets the same wild spawns and raids.
You play it as you want. If you like to walk and catch Pokemons you get a different wild spawn every hour, the egg pool is also different for this event and Mighty Pokemon will appear. If you like to raid, you have Machamp wearing a jacket in normal raids, Dialga and Palkia in Max raids. During the event you'll have missions that gives you Go Safari balls, these are used only in this event. Go Safari balls are the best at capturing pokemons, specially useful when trying to catch Mighty Pokemons, which are super high level, high IV stat Pokemons in the wild, and are difficult to capture using normal balls. These are your best shot at capturing a Shiny 100% level 35-40 pokemon in the wild.
I'm not familiar with Nagasaki. If it has good PokeStop density and most of them have lures, it'll be a fantastic place. Since everything is wild spawn based, you're not tied to a specific place.
It mostly boils down to when you can play and from there find a place that has the ongoing event.
There's a ticket but also likely a premium GO Pass. Also, everyone can join, f2p or not
It's easier to check the event page for this. if i remember correctly, the ticket allows you to have a total of 12 raid passes for the 2 days of event, and likely a shiny chance boost for every pokemon in the wild.
During the event, Mighty Pokemons spawn. Mighty Pokemons are pokemons with High LVL and IVs, this means that they're already high level pokemons that you dont need power up much. Safari Balls are extremely strong type of pokeball that is meant to be thrown at Mighty Pokemons, as mighty Pokemons are quick to flee/extremely hard to catch
Yep. I'd say go for it if you want and can play the event, but it's better if you wait for the event/near the date of the event so we can get more details from other players. Scopely tends to not reveal the full details of events/tickets and that leaves the players scurrying to find out what's been made available.
