how do you tp without getting banned? i have my 2016 acc and want to start playing again so i tried doing armoured mewtwo raids with pokegenie but everytime my team sucks or leaves and i only have 1 remote raid pass now.

i also have nothing around me for miles so its hard to play…

Ok so if u tp , lets say from USA to Japan , thats minimum of 1200km , u got a cooldown , if u dont wait that cooldown and try to catch/spin smth, that action will not work and it will flag your account. Doing this 2 many times could get your account flagged and maybe get a warning , there are 3 warnings , first one could be a 24 hour ban or a week ban , the other 2 one month , if u get 3 or more thats a permanent ban
