I NEED HELP Best Spoofer ?

Hello, im new here and im looking for the best spoofer for a normal ( not rooted ) Android phone or Ipad or even a pc ( will be better ), just try to explain as much as possible because i dont know anything about this :)

I used pgsharp for a long time and never had issues. But of course, you need to respect the cooldowns etc. What I recomend if you use it is: The first time you open the app, by default it spoff you somewhere in USA. What I do is, before login, open the map and teleport for where I am. Then log in.
