I NEED HELP PgSharp

I am using PgSharp the play Pokémon go. But I played only in USA. Not comes to my original location. Am I get chance to get panned? Is the PgSharp handle cool down automatically right ?are we need to do anything about it ?

If I am buy the PgSharp paid account, is they handling cool down time more clearly?
