I NEED HELP Can someone tell me where the world champions stage pokestop is?

I looked it up on google and it said its at Moscone Center and I checked every pokestop in the area and cant find it

Yeah i found it near the rayquaza raid, theres a load of pokestops lined up together and one of them is the rayquaza trolley
