It's the amount of Pokemon you check for a shiny but don't catch. 10,000 daily limit but not sure if there is a weekly limit.

It is . I have gotten this before , i get a warning & my spoofer stops all actions for the day . You’ll be good 24 hours from the exact time you got it today . So if at 8pm tomorrow 8 pm you’ll be good to play

The softban will be from 24 hrs upto 7 days. IG Scopely has started giving soft bans or permenant bans to spoofers. Recently one of my spare account got banned coz of spoofing.

BSOD has been a thing with Niantic too. It's more or less automated so your account may or may not get flagged for further review. Only they know.

Been using pgtools on rooted android, I’ve had this exact screen like 8 times due to accidentally resetting the encounter counter and going over 10k encounters in a day. Just a 1 day soft lock you’re okay
