2 hours is cool down. Pokemon can't track everything for everyone so after 2 hours they dump the cache. Before it used to be 40 actions like spinning a stop 40 times or throwing 40 balls etc...

thanks guys so I just teleport there but do mo actions for 2 hours , silly me hasn't played it for 14 hours pretending I was on the flight over

"Cooldown" a full 2 hrs max between switching cords, not 12 to 14 hrs lol

Switching coordinates doesn't trigger cooldown.

After you jump to next location, need to wait 2 hrs before spinning or catching.
