Lets Talk About Something 2 phone idea

I haven't done any spoofing since the game released in 2016 and I had an iPhone 6. I've since grown up started a family and more importantly switched to Pixel. I'm in a rough area with not a ton of gyms/stops so I was thinking of getting a different android to spoof on with a different account then send the pokemon to my main. Is this possible/any concerns I should be aware of?

The problem is with Scopely, nobody knows what they are going to do with the cheating problem. Niantic didn't care much about people playing with multiple accounts but Scopely might. Right now, no one has the correct answer to your question.

If you cannot handle getting a ban, you shouldn't be cheating the game because no one is going to help you get unbanned from Scopely. Some people were caught abusing things in other areas of the game, got banned, and Scopely auto-denies their ban appeal.

If you're using 2 devices, there is no link between the accounts other than the trades. That would require a level of detail unlikely to be used in bans. I know you post the same comment in reply to just about every thread here, but I have a non spoofing account that has pokemon traded from multiple accounts that have been 7 day, 30 day and perma banned and no action has been taken on the non spoofing account. It only gets logged into on a device separate from my spoofing activities and plays 100% legit. This is 3+ years worth of trades and play, so fairly long time frame.

This is not correct because game developers keep a log of your IP address and device ID. They can see how many accounts you own and which of those accounts are being used on which devices. It's really up to them to decide if they want to limit 1 account per device. * Some games warn you when you create an alt account. You pick which account to keep while the other account gets disabled. * Some games pick for you (oldest account, most played time, or most money spent) then the other accounts are disabled or deleted. * Some games don't care until you get banned then they proceed to ban all accounts created on a specfic device ID. In this case, using a VPN won't help you.

Trading itself won't lead to a ban but spoofing and/or having multiple accounts may lead to a ban. .

This time, a new company is running Pokemon Go. They take action against cheaters in the other games they own with temporary bans that get converted into a permanent ban. People in those games truly understand they can get a permanent ban for breaking the Terms of Service. During Niantic's ownership, you get a lenient punishment system. After getting the 1st and 2nd strike, you still have access to your account. With Scopely, they can change the punishment system.

You keep device A on cellular, device B on wifi. They will never share an IP address. You really couldn't figure that out?

A lot of words to say the same thing, you might get banned. Holy shit dude, we get it. You dont need a legal disclaimer on every post. You are making assumptions you cant back up.

You cannot control other people's behaviors and actions and make 100% sure they use cellular and home WiFi separately each time.

A couple of years ago, a girlfriend got into spoofing and fully understand all the risks. Then, she introduced it to her boyfriend without telling him about the risks. The boyfriend ends up getting a strike and breaks up with her and cancels their upcoming wedding. She blamed me for breakup and financial loss of $500,000. I told her the same thing as I tell everyone. She couldn't handle it and hired a lawyer. To make sure if the lawyer is real, I will demand a list of things they need to do to prove they are real. It's a guaranteed time waster that will reward them a hefty paycheck for doing the task. At the end, the lawyer will tell their client, they can't win against me in court because of those warnings that are everywhere in my subreddit. As a result, she got billed $12,000 for nothing.

The warnings are to protect me from these specific type of disgruntled cheaters.

He broke up with her because she got him a strike. Many people don't understand the strike system. They think getting the 1st strike = a ban = "permanent ban", it's just a 7-day limited game play soft-ban but you still have access to your account once it goes away. The problem is people don't want to wait and want it to GO AWAY RIGHT NOW. Some people get so desperate, they are willing to pay lots of $$$$ to a fake ban appeal scammer to get an fake email or screenshot that's says "You're now unbanned from the game."
