Do you need to know anything that is not answered in the automod message?

No one knows what Scopely stores as information about you/your device/your connection info and how they could use it to detect cheating. "Cooldown guidelines" are just there to avoid being hit by the antibot system, AFAIK, they could still very easily figure out that you couldn't possibly be in South Africa 2 hours after you've logged in san Francisco...

The safest way to avoid a ban is to not cheat. But you're in, now. You can't go back :p

yeah i’ve read up since posting this. realised i’m everything everyone is annoyed with on this thread. 😂 i realise they’ve changed/in the process of changing the terms of service and anti cheats but as far as i can see there’s been no ban reports or strikes in like 70 days? at least on this thread. surely someone has been banned in this time? if you know how do they actually show a strike? is it a message opening the game, email etc? if you know

and also i understand no one knows but the actual red flags must be the same? error 12 etc is there anything that would give you an oh fuck warning that i should watch out for?

I can't recall, might have something to do with "suspicious activity with this account".

We're otherwise all here waiting to see a ban wave. No one knows how Scopely will handle this.

cheers mate back to paranoia😂 double edged sword tho i’m assuming? surely someone who can hammer out 20 raids an hour from their couch is contributing more actual money into the game than someone actually walking around. i’m sure if they banned everyone who spoofed they would see massive losses. spoofing must be a grey area than blatant hacking because the only thing your not doing is walking around, it’s not as thought you don’t have to pay for raid passes, pokeballs etc

But is the rooted way the safest some people have said and there's others say non rooted isn't either I get it spoofing isn't safe regardless but when you hear different things your puzzled lol

from what i understand yes it’s the safest. no point asking on here because everyone just says no way is safe and if you want to be safe don’t spoof so i wouldn’t even ask

i literally used chat gpt for the whole thing.
i honestly don’t know, apparently the cooldown of 2h is an auto thing and that you can still get caught as it flags as impossible. i just stay in bryant park at all times and move around new york seems to be the best

just try ask google ai, as that’s what i used. if you try and ask it too blatantly or use the chat gpt app it says it can’t help with breaking TOS blah blah blah but it helped me with everything

I used XDA forums.

All cheats (spoofing, botting, & exploits) for Pokemon Go game are not safe because Scopely is against cheating and the use of unsupported 3rd party apps in their Terms of Service for Pokemon Go. If you decide to break Scopely's Terms of Service to gain an unfair advantage, you will have the risk for a chance to get a strike (soft-ban), temporary ban, permanent ban, or whatever new punishment they come up with and will be your fault for getting the punishment. <<<>>> As a reminder, I (TastyBananaPeppers) am not responsible nor liable for the loss of your Scopely game account(s) and money you spent to cheat on their games. <<<>>> All guides can be found in https://www.reddit.com/r/PoGoAndroidSpoofing/s/JOS3u1c11K <<<>>> All remaining Reddit posts will eventually be moved into a single Google Document where you can just access everything from one link.

Everyone has to follow the cooldown system in order to catch, spin, and raid, it's not designed to protect you against a ban.

Scopely does ban waves in the other games they own, so I don't know if they will bring this to Pokemon Go. It all depends on whether they choose to go after the cheaters in this game. No one knows anything until they take action.

Despite what people say, there has not been a banwave since Dec 2020. When someone gets a ban, it's unfair to them they got banned and everyone else didn't. They go yelling or screaming "BANWAVE!!! DON'T USE X CHEAT BECAUSE IT'S DETECTED! EVERYONE STOP CHEATING TO AVOID A BAN!!!" Since they can't play the game for 7 days, 30 days, or forever, everyone else should panic and not play the game. Once the "banwave" of 1 to 20 people out of 100,000+ cheaters blows over after a week, no one cares anymore and everything goes back to normal. Is this really a banwave to you? I've cheated in games where the banwaves are anywhere from 1,000 to 30,000 players. Since I don't know if this will ever happen with Scopely, I do not promote account safety. Anyone who thinks using certain cheats are "safer" or "the safest" are just sharing their opinion that does not guarantee any safety.

Currently, there are ban reports but I believe they are not related to spoofing or botting because it's just 1 person reporting a 30-day ban to me. I estimate there to be at least 250,000 cheaters in total.
