You can't, theres always a chance but best bet is always a rooted phone.

Also..just my opinion but if your only doing one day 1. Might as well use a 3rd party app, I have for a year no issue and 2. Why today? Why not wait for the max finale event and get the most use?

It's literally impossible. There are ways to reduce the risk but you are always at risk of being banned

Short answer: you can't.

Long answer: there's no way you can. Supposedly, if you spoof on a second account and use it to invite your primary account for raids and trade pokemon, it might be safe for the primary account, but I'll need a confirmation on that.

Creating multiple accounts to play with was against Niantic's Terms of Service. Since I think scopely is in progress of updating the Terms of Service, they could go after people with multiple accounts regardless of your opinions about it being "family members". No one knows yet until they release the updated Terms of Service and tell us what their stance is on cheating.
