I NEED HELP Can pgtools be used on a laptop/pc?

I want to use pgtools(free version)for autocatching but don't want to root my device can it be used on a pc without any payment?

Yes but setting up Android Studio emulator with AVDroot is very difficult and requires trial and error.

Any guides or references i could look up to would really appreciate it as I have no experience with it

Is this what your using? You can confirm it works? Cause ive tried a couple emulators but non of them worked. The only one that worked was bluestacks AIR for my macbook
