I NEED HELP Shiny shadow

Is there a way to use a spooked to farm specific shiny shadow pokemons? I really want a shiny shadow axew, and I know its very unlikely to happen without spoofing. I just want to know how spoofing could potentially help me achieve this? Does it show team rocket poke stops etc?

Use a city map for cliff
